theres two slight variations on how you can characterize zero and one is keeping him very focused very serious murder robot for most of the time with the occasional snark for cool points and the other is letting him be a little silly

#example of the former is like most game appearances and an example of the latter is archie #granted dawn of x takes place before all the trauma so you could argue its the same zero hes just less serious bc lighter situation #however. i do love zero there #hes so excited to be doing violence its so fun for him. enrichment in his enclosure (fighting mavericks to bond with his friend #who is not having fun at all)#personally i tend to lean really heavily into the serious pragmatic murder bot thing tho #maybe a little TOO much. im still refining my zero characterization #finding the perfect mid ground
