love love love the idea of ian being a dog person and mickey being a cat person respectfully so since they can't agree on just one animal, ian gets a big fluffy golden retriever while mickey falls in love with a cute little black, orange, and white calico cat but naturally once they start, they're not gonna stop so they just keep growing their little furry family and before they know it they have a house full of cats and dogs just running around but they literally wouldnt give it up for anything <3

Also just... From personal experience, some of those "little girls" grow up to be trans and like. More power to you if you don't have dysphoria around pregnancy but this treatment gets exponentially shittier when you factor in being closeted and not being able to explain why the very concept is so viscerally and fundamentally offputting to you without making yourself unsafe
