This Orange Elixir truffle is made with Grand Imperial’s Cognac & Orange Liqueur, organic cream, and our formulated 36%+ LORETTA™ milk chocolate, for that perfect blend of caramelized vanilla, candied orange peel and fresh orange zest, with the Cognac slowly arriving as the ganache melts! Enrobed in a smooth 71%+ MORETTA™ dark, sprinkled with granulized orange peels and rests on a piece of Hawthorn Berry wafer. Pairing: Warm Cognac, Champagnes, Sweet White Bordeaux, Cosmopolitan.
