Shirt collar number 3. Very excited to have some more green in my closet, but this one definitely needs steaming before wear - so wrinkly. This shirt is a silk and cotton blend and I’m very curious how it will feel to wear. In addition to trying to buy second hand whenever possible, I have started trying to avoid synthetic fabrics, opting for linen, silk, cotton, wool, or even bamboo and Tencel based fabrics when I can find them. They last longer and are easier to repair, upcycle, and reuse in other ways. I am a clothing hog, I love having a packed closet so I try to reduce my impact in other ways. Now pardon me.
