why does thinking about space fuck you up

Because we know almost nothing about it? Because we live in this universe that is so much bigger than we could ever possibly imagine and we have no idea why it's even there or how it got there and why we're in it. We don't even know just how big this universe is, but how could it be anything but infinite? Yet it isn't infinite it can't be because it's expanding, but expanding into what? What's beyond the universe? Empty space? But then what exactly is empty space? And seriously what even is the universe and why does it exist? Why isn't there just nothing? 

So yeah, thinking about space fucks me up

i think that at this point, it doesn't matter that much who started anymore. both sides are being violent and should stop and try to resolve the problems verbally. it's not that hard and frankly, it's quite disappointing to see that humanity has not reached the level of intelligence yet where they stop to seek out differences between themselves. yes, they may have different cultures, but cultures are invented and die over the time. it's a bit stupid to spend our brief moments in the sun fighting

Hi, I've read that you met Lawrence Krauss (I'm really jealous of you, but that's not the point of this ask) and you said that he's very short. I've wanted to know his exact height for a long time now, tried to calculate it and came to the conclusion that his height should be about 170cm. How tall do you guess he is? I need some first hand experience. (I just realised that this sounds really creepy, sorry) If you decide to answer this, it would be great if you could tag me in it! Thanks :)

i'm 170cm and i'm pretty sure he was shorter than me. i'm sorry, that's all i can remember. it was quite a while ago.
