hello every1 < 3 happy holidays to those who celebrate n happy day to those who dont! i hope every1 is stayin warm n that their days are filled w things they enjoy!

sendin out a lil reminder [ for myself as well ] tht rest is v crucial n so is nutrition! food is our sustenance n we don't need to do anythin to "earn" it! also tht we shld do our level best of speaking kindly to ourselves, we all deserve luv esp from the self [ also i luv all of yu an insane amount so < 3 ]
