Happy Birthday! Sorry you can’t be with who you want to celebrate today, but I hope it’s a good one and you enjoy your cake 🎉🎂🥳
What did you think of s4 of The Umbrella Academy? Best things/ worst things?
Any fics or stuff you’re workin’ on now?
What are your favorite headcanons for your fav ship?
Thanks ❤️
Hey!
Sorry I took so long to reply but this whole week was hell, every single thing went wrong and I was having trouble focusing enough to answer.
Still, you're the only one that messaged me here and I'm deeply grateful 🥲
Either way- THANK YOU SO MUCH 💕💕💕
My birthday was horrible: couldn't be with my loved ones and the people I have close by didn't care, I barely slept because of pain on my wrist, got woken up way too early by telemarketing, got heavily rained on on my way to see a lawyer about the debt of house (to reason with them so they don't put us in courtb right now), lawyer turned out not to be there because she made a mistake with our appointment and went out of town, got rained on again, all my fun plans had been cancelled and narrowed down to just go with my one friend to a park with some caves (in another city) for the afternoon but the storm got so bad that the park closed down so that got cancelled too, we went to the mall to kill some time before the dinner we were going to have at the sushi restaurant but then her brother got stranded in another district and called her to come get him so all our dinner plans got cancelled too. We cut the cake in a parking lot in the rain so she could take some home with her and I ended up going home and having tasteless leftovers for dinner.
The only things I got for my birthday were the things I got for myself- cookies, cola and one single eyeshadow (couldn't even buy my meds).
It's also been a bad week in general for other reasons too (got sick, the lawyer thing threatening to make us loose our home, money issues, health issues, work issues, and so much more, just everything went wrong).
So yeah, it was terrible but that's why nice messages like this mean so much to me. Thank you.
On the plus side, I made my own cake (goth red velvet) and it was fun and delicious.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(actually made an extra cake too for my neighbors and coworkers because I had enough dough and fondant for it).
As for your questions...
Umbrella Academy s04?
Oh god, it was so bad, it disappointed me so much.
This was one of my all-time favorite shows, I even have an umbrella tattoo (helped by the fin fact that the siblings were born literal hours before me and how much I saw myself in the dysfunctionality of their lives at my age).
Here's the thing- the actors were still great, they always are and they put their whole heart into it, but Blackman fucked everything, it literally feels like he didn't actually want to do this season, the plot just felt so so so lazy and lacking in effort.
I was so happy that we were getting a final season to wrap up instead of cancellation but now I think I would have preferred the loose ends of season 3.
The bad:
Erasing character and relationship growth, the siblings grew so close and did so much to save each other but then in season 4 that didn't even want to be around each other anymore? Blackman took "dysfunctional family", threw away the "family" part and only kept the "dysfunctional".
Ray being handwaved away, Sloane being completely forgotten
Luther not even mentioning Sloane and becoming a happy little stripper, of all things?
The monkey body coming back with Luther's powers???? Wtf? His ape body mutation had NOTHING to do with his powers but they pretended not to remember season 1 at all. Plot hole right there. SO. GODDAMN. LAZY!
Everything about Diego and Lila's relationship and how much they hate their lives after children
Five and Lila???? Wtf???? And then Blackman saying it was because Five deserved love too and Lila was the easiest character to use that wasn't related to her? That's SO goddamn lazy??? And also, as if Five's live wasn't what moved the entire plot for the first season, and why does he need a romance? Ace people exist too and this romance just broke his heart anyway
Allison having no talent, not really learning anything from the previous seasons and making the same mistakes again
Klaus' whole growth tossed away for no reason, season 1 showed us why he needed drugs and season 2 showed us how he could stay sober with the new control he gained but season 4? Nah, let's nerf him, he's too well adjusted and wise now (if too paranoid), so he gets his powers back and goes straight back to drugs and terrible decisions for no real reason, his powers aren't even as terrifying and overwhelming as season 1, it's just there to cause drama
Five being willing to give up his family for a wasteland with Lila? So out of character
Ben... I don't even know where to start with Ben but honestly I could overlook his character's writing issues because of the context
Viktor always wanted to desperately to be a part of the family and then just straight up moves far away and avoids them all for years? Viktor turning so cold and distant and douchy?
Lila's fucking laser eyes? What a lazy way to nerf her character
I actually liked Abigail so much, the reasonable leash on the dog that is Reginald and actually kind, and then they give us that lazy plot twist? She could have been the desperately needed family member to actually show admiration and kindness to the siblings, something softer to lighten the atmosphere and make the ending more tragic and bittersweet but no, let's make her a manipulator
Trying to redeem Reginald not by teaching him a lesson and giving him growth but by presenting someone worse to the plot. Lazy
No musical number for the siblings, and a rather lazy (though not totally bad) soundtrack selection. I'm overusing the word lazy but it's the best word for this season
The fucking giant squid that could have been quirky and interesting but they NEVER EXPLAIN IT
Nobody really remembered the Jennifer incident but then who drew that picture of Jennifer from one of the previous seasons?
Really lazy explanations to fix plot points where they wrote themselves into a wall (including giving the siblings their powers back)
Scraping the Commission entirely
Pogo was done dirty too
The way they started calling it "marigold" as if that had always been a thing (and not a name Harlan came up with)
The "opposite magical particles" thing felt like a pretty lazy way to justify a new world ending threat too
THE GODDAMN FUCKING FLOWER ENDING????? What a slap in the face to the fans!!! Have these beloved characters go through hell and suffer so much for 4 seasons and then give us no catharsis, no balance, only more sacrifice "for a greater good"
The plot hole that even with the flower ending, all the people that exist because of the siblings are still there and their influence is absolutely not gone so why are they???
And so much more, if I keep going I'll give myself am aneurism.
Honestly, I tried to keep an open mind, I kept hoping all the bad was going to pay off in the end, that there would be a good plot twist or some degree of healing or something rewarding in the end, but there wasn't. I tried so hard to like it but by ep 5 I was just angry (should have known something was off when I saw that the episode count for this season was much smaller).
This season made me cry with how bad it turned out.
The good:
The acting was wonderful, you can feel the love these actors have for the roles and each other
The action scenes, incredible action scenes as always (but we could have had so much better one on one fight scenes)
Not awful soundtrack, it's good but still somehow feels half-assed
Reginald finally being told off and the siblings standing up to him, specially Viktor putting the asshole in his place
More of Claire! She finally gets a personality, though I would have loved more Gracie too
Finally addressing Ben and Jennifer
Interesting twists to having the powers back (that were sadly underused, wasted potential)
Klaus being buried alive was horrifying but a truly clever way to torture an immortal, that could have been so interesting for the plot and to address trauma and mental health but no, let's never mention trauma or lasting effects
Jennifer's town
Klaus calling out his siblings
Allison being a protective sister
The special effects
So yeah... I didn't like season 4 and I prefer not to think about it.
As for the other questions...
Any fics I'm working on?
Been on a bit of hiatus due to work, stress and health but I do have plans and will been posting updates to several of my fics soon.
Fav headcanons for my fav ship?
Look, this ask is long enough already, if I start talking about this we'll be here all day. Ask me again some other time 😉

Probably one of the most rushed fics I’ve ever wrote!
Yes, here it is! Ladies and gentlemen, individuals alike, I present to you..
(insert drumroll here)
A platonic shopping date between two absolute babies :)
@xgoldentigerlilyx @teyamarra @reid-and-writing I’m very sorry for the quality of this fic, it’s okay at first but then it gets really out of character somewhere in the middle and I was way too lazy to fix it so I hope it’s not too bad-
“Spencer, wait up!”
Reid looked up to see Garcia rushing to the elevator, and he held the door for her. He flashed her a smile as she thanked him.
“Do you have any plans this weekend?” Garcia asked, and Reid shook his head.
“No, but I do have a book I need to finish before Sunday. Why do you ask?” the elevator stopped, and they both stepped out, making their way outside.
“Oh, I was just wondering if you’d like to come with me to the new mall down on East Street. It just opened a couple of days ago, and I wanted someone to go with, if that’s okay with you?”
Spencer thought. I don’t really do shopping. But, she did go with me to that philosophy convention. I owe her.
“Yeah, I’ll go,” he said, “Tomorrow at twelve?”
Penelope threw her fist in the air with a “Yes!” and smiled up at him. “Absolutely, I’ll be there to pick you up on the dot! Thank you, boy wonder!” she said as they neared her car and Reid waved her goodbye as he continued down the sidewalk. Breathing in the warm August air, he smiled.
Spencer entered his apartment and sat his bag down beside the door. It was late, around ten or so. He flicked on the lights and plopped down on the couch, grabbing a book called Crime Or Clarity by Fiona Dewitt. It was a more simple read, but Spencer was enjoying it so far. He flipped to page 305 and continued where he left off.
“It would not be everyday that Steve Goodway would find himself wondering about his place on this earth. Everything he has accomplished, everything he’s fell short of. Is this really it? Or is there more, just beyond his reach? So, on this very day, he would promise himself that he would keep an open mind and an open heart to anything that calls his name through the brambles and nettle, and he would follow it even when the path doesn’t seem so inviting.”
Tomorrow was going to be a good day.
Penelope Garcia awoke at 9:48 a.m. with a smile on her face and a happiness in her heart. She started her day with a warm shower and sweet coffee. After that, she messaged Spencer, asking if he was still up for the mall date. He replied three minutes and twenty-seven seconds later with a “Getting ready now. :)”, and she smiled even brighter.
Garcia couldn’t wait to explore all the new stores and see what kind of crazy cute outfit they had in stock. She couldn’t wait to show Reid all the wonderful wonders of shopping and hopefully find a nice outfit for him. She couldn’t wait to convince him to wear said outfit to the Bureau on Monday.
It was now 11:37 a.m. and Garcia couldn’t wait to pick Spencer up.
Spencer Reid waited patiently on the couch, dressed in his usual sweater vest and button-down shirt. It was one minute and fifty-seven seconds after twelve when Penelope knocked on his apartment door, and when he opened it, they greeted each other with smiles and started down the stairs to the first floor. Penelope wore a green floral dress and a jean jacket with a dozen pins and stickers on top. Her black mesh leggings went well with her sparkly black bow and heels.
They chatted all the way to the car and kept chatting as they pulled out of the parking lot.
“So, how’d you sleep?” Garcia asked.
“Good, I read 393 pages of Crime Or Clarity before I fell asleep on the couch. You?”
“Like a baby. As soon as I got home, I poured myself a glass of wine and I was out after an hour.”
Spencer hummed. “You know, places like a mall are much more hectic during the weekends, especially near holidays. Why do you choose to go during this time rather than waiting for it to clear up?”
Garcia laughed. “I like people watching, it gives me inspiration and a sense of peace, knowing that those people are out living their lives despite all the nasties out there doing bad things.”
“Actually, statistics prove-”
“Hey, let me have this. That’s all I ask of you,” Penelope said. Spencer giggled at her, and she gave him a smug smile.
Before they arrived at the mall, Garcia suggested they stop for lunch after she noticed both of their stomachs were growling. They ordered sandwiches from the nearest deli and sat in the shade of the umbrella on the patio outside the shop.
Afterwhile, it started to get crowded, so they took it as their cue to get going. It was 1:13 p.m. when they finally found a parking space close to the entrance of the mall.
“Which store first?”
Spencer shrugged, knowing very little about any and every shop in the building. He looked around and pointed to one that looked interesting.
“What about that one?” he asked, and Garcia followed his eyes to the Way Out Thrift across the hall. She gasped and looked up at him. “You have great taste,” she said as she led him in.
This thrift store had everything.
Spencer looked around, unsure where to start or even what to look for. Garcia immediately wandered to the clothes section, rummaging through racks of shirts and dresses. She noticed him standing there, so she waved him over and showed him a big beige sweater. “What do you think?” she asked, holding it up against his chest to measure. He took it and examined the fabric. “It’s nice, but this wool is coarse, which can irritate the skin. A finer wool would be better because fine wool sheep produce wool fibers with a very small fiber diameter, usually 20 microns or less.” he rambled on, giving Garcia time to find a light purple turtleneck. “This one’s cotton, what about this one?” she asked, again measuring it on him before he felt it.
“Cotton fabric is considered better, though some people disagree because of the pesticides. Some cotton is grown with genetically modified seeds and sprayed heavily with Roundup, in which the primary ingredient is glyphosate, which could lead to cancer. But I don’t think it’s that bad,” he said, “In fact, I really like the feel of it.”
Garcia smiled. “Good, because this thing is going in your closet!” she said, and Spencer blinked. “I’m paying for it, don’t even think about it,” he said and Penelope gave him a look. “My treat?” she tried to convince him, but he refused. She stuck out her bottom lip in a fake pout, which made them both laugh.
After a little more looking around, Penelope and Spencer went to check out. Garcia ended up with a pretty yellow shift dress that Reid suggested, and a small woodpecker figurine for her office. Reid stuck with the purple turtleneck and picked up an additional sweater vest for his collection. Garcia suggested that he try something out of his zone, and he said he’d think about it.
“Where to next?” Spencer asked as they wandered down the hall, passing tons of shoe shops.
“Unless you want a new pair of kicks, maybe we could go up the escalator and see what they have up there,” Penelope joked.
“Escalator it is,” he said.
“Did you know there were thirty-seven deaths in 2014 in China caused by escalator accidents, and a report found that more than twenty-six thousand escalators had safety issues that hadn’t been repaired?”
“No. No, I didn’t know that,” Garcia said, shifting closer to Reid, “And I don’t think I needed to know.”
A couple of people looked at them suspiciously when he said that, and Spencer almost felt bad for saying it out loud. Almost.
Once they made it to the top, all the smells were like a smack in the face. There were multiple food courts, including a donut shop and an icee stand. There was the new car smell, along with some kind of strong fragrance, most likely from a perfume shop. Enough to give them both headaches.
“Jeez, it’s like aroma central up here,” Penelope remarked. Spencer nodded in agreement.
There were way less clothing stores on the second floor, but there was one store that stuck out to Reid.
“What’s RetroWear?” he asked, pointing to the sign above the entrance. Garcia hummed. “I’ve never heard of it, it must be a new store,” she said.
“Wow, a clothes store that you’ve never heard of? So rare.”
“Don’t start with me, genius,” Garcia warned with a smirk, “Let’s go check it out, I’m sure they have some absurd piece of luxury clothing in there somewhere!”
Before Spencer could react, Penelope grabbed his wrist and dragged him in.
And oh boy, did that store have the good stuff.
Sweater vests here. Ties over there. Pretty floral dresses in between. And a whole section dedicated to Absurd Pieces Of Luxury Clothing.
“Oh. Em. Goodness,” Garcia whispered, “It’s like the shop gods just read my mind.”
Reid was also pretty impressed, and for the first time that day, he was the first to immediately begin looking at all the outfits. Garcia followed after him, showing him expensive Gucci purses and handbags she found while he presented to her a fuzzy orange sweater that he said would match her orange slice earrings. She gladly accepted it and gave him a nice pair of sunglasses in return.
After a bit of rummaging around in their sections, Penelope and Spencer decided that it was time that they go through the luxury clothes section. Spencer showed her a green and purple romper with plastic rhinestones lining the neck and sleeves, which made her laugh and kindly decline his offer to buy it for her. Next, she showed him a tiny crop top with a band logo on the back and a weed leaf on the front, claiming that it was definitely his style and that she was going to give it to him for his birthday.
But the best thing they found that day was Spencer’s secret bad boy look.
“Hurry up, smart boy! I wanna see that smokin’ hot emo side of yours!”
Spencer sighed from inside the fitting room. “I don’t know, Penelope, it’s not really my style,” he said as he examined himself in the mirror, and Garcia scoffed. “That’s the whole point! Now get out here and let me see it.”
Finally, after a bit of contemplating, Spencer unlocked the door and stepped out.
Garcia gasped.
He wore a red-and-black striped t-shirt and black skinny jeans with rips at the knees and a big leather jacket on top.
“Well?”
“I love it. I love you. I don’t care what you say, I’m buying that entire outfit for you and you cannot stop me.”
“Penelope, you don’t have to-”
“I want to. And I am. And you’re wearing that into work on Monday.”
“What- No, I can’t! Everyone’s gonna look at me like I’m crazy!”
“Then I’ll wear that ridiculous romper you showed me earlier to make us even.”
Reid rolled his eyes. “You always wear that kind of stuff, they won’t notice,” he said, throwing in a “No offense” after she glared at him. “Oh, everybody in that building knows I don’t do rompers. Trust me, they’ll notice,” she joked.
After some of convincing, Spencer let her buy the outfit for him, but he wouldn’t let her get the romper. He did, however, manage to pay her back with a fancy new pen to add to her collection.
It was now 4:46 p.m. and they were both exhausted. Garcia began to argue with herself about wearing heels around the mall of all places, and Reid’s legs, too, were getting tired. They decided to eat dinner in the food court since neither of them were ready to end the fun just yet.
“These tacos taste funny,” Spencer said, and Penelope shrugged. “Mine tastes fine. Did I order the wrong one? I’m so sorry if I did.”
Spencer smiled. “No, it’s fine. I just haven’t had tacos in a while.”
“That’s a sin. I have vegetarian tacos almost every saturday.”
They both laughed, the sound ringing all throughout the mall. The smiles on their faces were like those of little kids on a playground, and they were living for it.
“Fun fact, most experts state that the first taco was actually invented somewhere between 1,000 and 500 B.C. At the time, the taco was more of an edible spoon, however the first recorded reference to the word taco came about in the 19th century. The first mention of the word taco in the United States didn’t come around until 1905.”
“How do you know these things?”
“Lots of history books. Or this brochure,” Spencer giggled, handing to Penelope the small foldable. She rolled her eyes with a playful smirk. “You’re very funny.”
“Thanks, I try my best.”
“Why don’t you ever joke like this in the bureau?”
Reid shrugged. “I guess it’s because I know that there’s someone in danger out there, and I just can’t bring myself to laugh it off like everyone else.”
Garcia averted her gaze. “Huh. I never thought about it that way.”
“N-not that it’s bad to joke around on the job, I know it helps some people and I’m not putting you down for it, It’s just—different with me I think.”
“Oh, I get that. I do it for the same reason I decorate my desk, it helps me cope with all the horrible things we see on the daily.”
There was a moment of silence, until Spencer spoke again, “How did we end up talking about this?”
Penelope laughed, and suddenly everything was back to sunshine and rainbows. “You mentioned the history of a taco.”
...
Soon, it started to get late. Reid and Garcia had stopped by her place for a couple hours to watch a movie and finish off the wine that she bought out of impulse last friday. It was 7:56 p.m. when Garcia dropped Reid off at his apartment, and she gave him a friendly hug before saying goodbye.
“Oh, and, Spencer?”
“Hm?”
Garcia smiled. “You don’t have to pretend that you don’t like the outfit. I know that look when I see it, and I can tell that you’re secretly excited to wear it on Monday.”
Reid felt a light blush settle across his face. “Thanks, Penelope.”
“No problemo, genius boy.”
And with that, Spencer entered his apartment and sat his bag down beside the door. He flicked on the lights and plopped down on the couch, grabbing Crime Or Clarity by Fiona Dewitt off the coffee table. He flipped to page 698 and continued where he left off.
“Goodway would smile wide, wider than he has in a very long time. He would realize then that he doesn’t need this world, and this world doesn’t need him, as long as he has his good friend Mick. Mick, who cares for him, who enjoys his company, and who will go to the ends of the wretched world to be there for him.”
And that night, Spencer Reid also realized that. And he did indeed smile wider than he has in a long while.

Hello!!! May i request Genya x reader (Modern DomesticAU) , please????I need fluff for him after reading the scans (இдஇ; )
I NEED THIS TOO, GENYAAA BBY COME BAAAAACK (༎ຶ ෴ ༎ຶ)
Shinazugawa Genya x Reader (Modern DomesticAU)
Genya and you were in the same university, but he is a third year while you're second year.
He will gently wake you up by shaking your body. If you still not wake up, he pulled your body up slowly and made you sit.
"Wake up." He kissed your droll-covered cheek.
"Mm, morning." You hugged his neck, and put your head on his shoulder, grinned stupidly
"Morning." He smiled and kissed your top head.
Both of you went to bathroom together. Sometimes, you mistook his toothbrush as yours so he usually guided your hand to the right brush and put the toothpaste on top of it too.
"Sleepy..." You use his big arms as your pole, making him as your stand support.
"Me too, but we should hurry today." He wiped the rest of white bubble on your mouth
"Genya, your bedhead." You touched his hair. "Can I comb it?"
"We don't have-"
"Genyaaaa." You pulled and pushed his body.
"Ok, just this once."
"What do you mean just this once. I'm the one who made your hair everyday." You happily tidied up his mohawk hair while he sit down.
Genya helped almost everything with the breakfast.
"2 bacons, and scrambled egg." You murmured while putting them on the plate. "Should I cook for lunch too?"
"We can't make it on time." Genya drank his coffee.
"Oh, how about new ramen booth near uni? We could have lunch together there."
"Sure."
He made sure to look at today's forecast and brings umbrella even though it's sunny day before went out
Always prepared
The train to your uni always cramped at this hour so it's kind of impossible to have a seat.
Genya always drived you to the corner, and made you faced his inner big body, making sure you didn't fall if the train make a sudden movement. Or to prevent any inconvenience that could occurred.
Since you can't reach the ceilling-mounted handles, you hold his hanging arms like a koala
He had to endure this kind of cuteness everyday.
At university, both of you went to the separated class, promised each other to meet at lunch.
Your friends often asked how could you end up together.
"Please don't be mad, but your boyfriend's face is so scary, and those scars too. He looked like Yakuza. Are you sure he didn't-"
"Nope, he's not. He's a baby."
"What-"
You flung and slammed your textbooks onto your table.
"HE'S A BIG BABY." You let out dark aura emitting from your body and smiled to your friends
Your friends shivered and they swore they will never ask this again
Meanwhile, Genya's friends asked him about how he could get such a pretty girlfriend
"Well, I've been with her ever since middle school." Genya sat down. "So, it's not something new."
"But man, really, your girlfriend is such a feast." His friend suddenly popped out.
"... What do you mean."
"I mean bro, you got that delicious body! And the chest too, especially the thighs part. Damn, you're lucky bas-"
Genya suddenly stood up and pulled his collar shirt. His irk mark appeared.
"Once again disrespect her like that, I'll fucking rip your throat."
He shivered from head to toe. "So- Sorry."
This kind of shitty 'judge from the appearance' is always happening
Like, people often misunderstood him as your stalker or raper, because he always walked behind you and looked menacing towards you.
Sometimes, it made you pissed and it's often for you to yell, "LOOK CLOSELY! LOOK AT THIS BABY! DID HE LOOK LIKE HES A BAD GUY?! FUCKING CLEAN YOUR-"
"Okay, okay, stop, calm down." He pulled you out from that place while you continuingly threw profanity. He's the one who apologized to those people.
It drained both of your energy but luckily, supporting each other made you two stronger.
You usually had lunch with him.
Actually, both of you didn't really have time to meet each other on uni because of the tight schedule, so you really maximised and cherished your time with him on lunch.
"I heard these good for women." Genya picked up the bean sprouts from your bowl with his chopsticks.
You shook your head. "The idea of bean sprouts slowly caressing my throat made me want to puke."
"You really hate it huh." He patiently wiped your messy mouth.
On day off, there are no particular place you had to go on date. It's all spontaneously decided
Since it's always spontaneous, he likes to try new place or visiting some old place from your childhood
"Hey, you remember this place?" Genya showed you the map.
"Oh, I remembered. If I recalled, you confess to me here after our study tour. You suddenly doing Kabedon, shoving me flower you randomly picked up from parks and stuttered, saying that you like me."
"Right, I forgot that scene." He banged his head to nearest wall, preventing himself from dying of embarrassment
You probably went to make up section on mall and tried some lipstick, concealer, and perfume on his arms
The reason is simple, because he has long arm. There are so much space on that big arms and he never complained about it
He often used the blue cardigan you gave him on his birthday, especially when dating and eventually sad when he had to say goodbye to the cardigan because it's worn out
"I will buy you one again, so don't make that 'I wanna cry' face." You patted his head.
"But.. it's from you." He looked heartbroken when he put his favourite cardigan out from the wardrobe.
HNNGGGHHHHH STAHP
His brother, Sanemi, usually visited both of you on his day off. Nothing to do, just chillin there.
"You will be a great wife for Genya." He suddenly spouting out facts statement while sipping the juice you gave him
"E-Eh?" You slowly turned your head towards him while blushing, trying to not drop the glass on your hand
"ANIKI, WE RE NOT TALKING ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW." Genya dashed out from his room. Sanemi chuckled from both of your reaction
Since he got flustered easily, it's easy to tease him
You are always careless at home. He often finds you in ... Not so elegant state
You like to take a nap in the kotatsu, sometimes sleep while putting your head on the table, sometimes lying down with kotatsu as your blanket
Apparently, you unconsciously rolled your body out from the kotatsu
The view of you wearing tank top and short pants (which mean showing more skins) while letting your stomach half opened and almost reach your braless breast really tested him
Plus, you carelesely opened your leg wide too, with one hands up and one hand slipped inside your tank top on the breast part
Genya dropped his bag
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale. Hold on Genya! Hold your inner beast! Consent! Consent !!
But in the end, this good boi always covered you with blanket and put you properly on the bed.
Genya often spooning you, catches you and fully covered you with his body. In conclusion, he is the walking teddy bear.
Genya likes to bite your nape in random occasion, but mostly when you were cooking. When you asked why, he saw big cats on NatGeo did that and he thinks... It's just his instict to mark you
He always looked at good timing to kiss you. On the sofa, after wake up or when he spooning you with his big body while watching TV.
You already knew his 'Hey, can I kiss you?' gesture. He pulled you into his embrace, and rubbed his cheek onto yours. After that, he sticked his forehead onto yours and looked straight to your eyes.
You gave the permission sign with quick peck on his nose. He smiled and started to bring you into deep kiss.
Shopping for dinner isn't really part of your routines. Sometime you bought all of the ingredients or Genya shops alone. He will just took note from what you need on the food
Or takeouts. Definitely typical for busy university student.
But, bathing together is a must. He likes the skinship, or simply admiring your beautiful figure when you slowly showering yourself.
Sometimes, inside the bathtub, you purposely playing with his fingers and guided them to your lower part
"...please don't test me."
When you really tired and lazy to applied your skincare routine after bath, he's the one who took care of it.
"Hey, don't sleep yet. What comes after the toner?"
"Hngh.... Serum."
"Got it."
He divulged his problem and insecurity to you before sleep, with lower voice right on your ears, almost whispering
He often said that he probably lost you someday and he will never ready when it comes
You always soothing him when he became emotional like this. You assured him that he doesn't have to worry about you.
"I can't live without my big teddy bear." You chuckled while caressing his back. "So, it's impossible for me to leave you."
He didn't say anything but you already knew he didn't need further answer because he seems relaxed and didn't tense his muscle anymore.
He finally sleep in peace
You kissed his forehead and moved towards his chest, hugging him.
Yeah, there is no way you could leave this precious man alone

Stutters kiss in the rain for the promt thing ~=D
Alright, so confession, I read this, and over time while mulling just how I’d go about this request, switched kiss for dance. >>
Either way, you get both in the follow fanfiction. ;D
Title: The Rains Down in Hawaii
Summary: The rain is ruining Stan and Butters’ vacation!

If Butters glared any harder through the window, he would slice the glass.
Stan sat, picking at a loose string on the palm leaf bedspread. He looked pass the foot of the bed at the muted TV. As if to rub salt in the wound, the weather person waved their arm over a large storm system that covered most of the tropical island of Honolulu. The subtitles read that the heavy rains would cover the area for the rest of the week.
Of course, he and Butters vacation ended in three days.
When they arrived at the airport the day before, not a cloud covered the sky. A warm breeze brought the scent of the sea to them. A perfect start to a vacation, if you asked him.
The best part was just how excited Butters had been. His face beamed as he babbled on and on about all the plans he had and all he would show Stan.
“I’ll show you all the places only we locals know,” he’d proclaimed.
Stan nearly pointed out that Butters had only ever been to Hawaii twice before, once with Kenny when they were kids and once with his parents when he was a freshman, but he didn’t want to rain on his boyfriend’s parade.
In the end, the weather had done the raining for Stan.
Now Butters sat cross-legged near the sliding glass door as he tried to will the rain away.
Stan flopped onto his back. He watched the wicker fan blades spin in lazy circles as the rain pitter-pattered outside. Sleepiness began to take hold. His eyes slipped shut and his breathing went shallow. Just as his brain shut down for a mid-morning nap, Butters let out a shout.
Stan bolted up, looking around.
“What? What’s wrong?” He asked around a yawn.
Butters scrambled to his feet, pointing. “The rain!” He shouted. “The rain stopped! Com’on, Stan! We gotta go do something now before it starts again.”
He yanked Stan to his feet. Stan stumbled, nearly hitting the side table with his hip. Butters didn’t seem to notice in his excitement.
“Com’on, com’on! Hurry up!” Butters childishly bounced next to the door as he let Stan put his sandals on. The moment he fastened the final velcro strap, Butters threw open the hotel room door.
Looping his arm around his, he pulled Stan down the hall, nearly trampling over an old couple. Stan shouted their apologies over his shoulder before they turned the corner.
The moment they barreled down the final stair step, Butters made a beeline for the front door with Stan in tow.
He threw it open, took three steps outside, before being hit in the face with a wave of rainwater.
Butters arm fell limply to his side as he stared up at the grey sky. Stan set his hand on his shoulder and squeezed.
“Hey, it’s ok,” Stan soothed. “Look, why don’t we check out some local malls or shops? Wouldn’t that be fun?”
Butters raised a shoulder in a half shrug. “Yeah, ok, I guess.” He sighed. “Lemme get my wallet and an umbrella.”
Stan watched as Butters slowly trudged back into the hotel. The rain increased then, already soaking through his button-up shirt. A stroke of thunder roared from above. A lightning bolt tore across the sky.
A shudder ran down Stan’s spine.
Hurrying inside, Stan went up to the front desk.
“Excuse me,” He tapped his knuckles against the wooden desk. The worker turned from organizing some papers with a wide, fake smile.
“Aloha, how may I help you?” he asked.
Stan pointed over his shoulder. “I was wondering when the next bus would be by to take people to town?”
The man frowned then shook his head. “I’m so sorry, sir, but the bus broke down this morning.”
“Oh.” Stan pursed his lips then asked, “is there another way to town?”
The man shook his head again, “I’m sorry, no. Not unless you walk, but—” as if on cue, thunder rumbled threatening outside. “ — I would not advise that.”
Stan took a breath. The man stiffened. Stan knew the man expected him to blow up. Instead, Stan let out the breath then gave him a small smile.
“That’s too bad. Thank you, though. If the bus gets fixed before too late, could you call up to my room? 211?” Stan requested.
The man relaxed. “Yes, I can arrange that.”
Stan left with a thank you before trudging up the steps to his room and his soon to be even more disappointed boyfriend.

Butters lay face down on the bed. His blue hibiscus print shirt tossed carelessly onto the woven chair. Stan rubbed Butters’ shoulder with one hand while channel surfing with the other.
When Stan told Butters about the bus, Butters shut down. His face fell and shoulders slumped forward.
“Oh, ok,” he had said, before beginning to unbutton his shirt.
Stan had half expected him to cry or get angry. In fact, he was fully prepared to hold Butters down so he didn’t try to march down the road in the storm.
“Stupid rain…” Butters grumbled. “Stupid, stupid, stupid…ruining everything.”
“Yeah, the weather is the worse,” Stan replied idly, pausing on a NASCAR race before moving on, “but it’s not our fault.
Butters pushed himself up on his elbows. “It still ain’t fair, though! I wanted to share this part of my heritage with you, and now I can’t!” He dropped back down with a half-muffled cry of frustration. “I just wanted to show you all the cool animals and plants and dunk you in the ocean! Is that too much to ask?”
Stan furrowed his brows. “You planned to what me in the ocean?”
Butters shrugged. “It doesn’t matter now.” He muttered. “Even all my carefully thought out romantically spontaneous plans are drowned in all this rain.”
A wave of heavy rain slammed against the glass, shaking it. The thunder and lightning had passed an hour ago, leaving just a heavy deluge. Even squinting, Stan couldn’t see the trees just beyond the balcony.
“Romantically spontaneous plans, huh? Like what?” Stan flipped past a local Jerry Springer style show.
Butters rolled to his back. Stan moved his hand to stroke his hair instead.
“Just, you know, fun, sudden stuff! Like walking through the forest with shaved ice in the middle of the night or finding a nude beach and go skinny dipping,” Butters listed off. “I wanted to go to a luau and dance, but…” He groaned. “Stupid rain!”
He tapped his fingers against the remote in thought. Maybe, just maybe, they could do those things, but without leaving the room. Skinny dipping was easy. The tub had more than enough room for that. Shaved ice…
His eyes wandered towards the mini fridge. There was ice in there, and a half-finished bottle of pineapple juice from yesterday. It couldn’t be too difficult to put the ice in a bag and crush it. Add the juice and that would make a pina colada, wouldn’t it?
An insurance commercial with a man spinning around a lamppost in the rain played on the TV.  As a bolt of lightning hit the man, an idea struck Stan.
He jumped up.
“Get up, ” he ordered, unlocking his phone.
Butters raised his head, fixing Stan with a confused look.
Stan threw his shirt at his face.
A few moments later, Butters finished buttoning up his shirt as he stood next to Stan near the sliding glass door.
“What, are you hungry?” He asked. “Are we going to the buffet?”
“No, we’re going to do something romantic and spontaneous.” Stan threw open the sliding glass door then took two big steps into the rain. He pressed play on his phone.
As the first new notes of ‘Uma Thurman’ played, Butters eyebrows raised up.
“Dance in the rain?” He asked, stepping closer, but not outside.
Stan nodded. “Yeah. Doesn’t get more romantic than that, unless you plan to give a sappy speech and propose.” He paused then asked in all seriousness, “you weren’t, were you?”
“Oh, golly! I hadn’t even thought of that. Should I have?” He asked, a few inches away from the door. “Should I go get a ring? Do you want me to? If the bus is fixed, I can find one in town.”
As Butters turned towards the door, Stan put a shaking hand on his forearm. He didn’t plan on leaving this tropical paradise with more than boyfriends. Besides, if either of them were going to propose, Stan long ago decided that he would be the one down on his knee.
“Butters, just get out here and club dance with me on the balcony to the greatest hits of the twenty-teens,” he deadpanned.
Butters looked out at the rain, then to Stan, before he brushed Stan’s hand off him
Stan’s mouth fell into a frown. Had he messed up? Butters didn’t think he was mocking him, did he?
Butters took a breath.
Then he dabbed.
He looked over his arm with a wide grin. Stan returned it.
Maybe their vacation hadn’t gone like they wished it had, but as Stan pulled him out into the rain, he decided he didn’t mind too much that the weather screwed them over, if he got to see Butters smile.
He paused just a moment as the final chorus of ‘Party Rock Anthem’ played, before reaching over and grabbing hold of Butter’s shoulder.
Butters’ eyebrows raised as Stan pulled him close to place a kiss on his lips. Butters melted into the kiss, sliding his arm around Stan’s shoulders and tangling his fingers in his soaking hair.
Just as they pulled apart, the sun shone down on the couple from a break in the clouds.

PART 1 of Solo SEOUL Searching: Plan and Preparation Tips
This is going to be a long one since these are things that are not usually found on travel blogs that I personally learned from the trip. I wish these could be helpful to you.
Visa
Let’s start with the tourist visa. If you’re Filipino, you cannot enter South Korea without a visa. If you have time, submit the requirements all by yourself, no need to pay someone to do it. It only takes about 15-20 minutes. There is no fee if you’re staying for less than 59 days. Just collate all the requirements depending on your situation. See this link for more information.
For my visa, my support was my mom, so I submitted her employment certificate and bank documents (I’m sorry I cannot give you details on this as I’m not knowledgeable with this matter). They only asked for a photocopy of my Student ID, as my diploma and enrollment form were not available. I also happen to have a Japan visa (OECD country) so I didn’t submit an ITR. I am also considered as a frequent flyer so it only took three days to release my visa.
Accommodation
I booked a hostel at booking.com before applying for my visa. You need to write an address in the information sheet in the visa requirement. I wrote the address of the hostel I booked but I cancelled the booking right after my visa was approved.
I personally suggest that your accommodation should be located near a subway station, a convenience store, few cultural sights, and a bit of shopping street. I also recommend hostels because it’s cheap. It will just be a place of storage and sleep so that would suffice.
The place I stayed was at HoSeong Guesthouse near Ewha Woman’s University or Edae. I booked it at booking.com. The location of this guesthouse is a three-minute uphill walk from Edae Station Exit 5 (Incheon Airport → Hongdae → Edae). The room I booked was a twin room with private bathroom. The amenities include free breakfast of coffee/tea and toast (tipid tip), extremely fast Wi-Fi, toiletries, hair dryer and air-con.

The vicinity has a 7-11, coffee shops and a lot of traditional Korean restaurants. A shopping district is also walking distance.
Book a hostel that is the center of most of your planned destinations.
Itinerary
Make an itinerary based on what type of travel you want. What do you like to see? Cultural, eco-tourism, shopping, Kpop? I personally wanted cultural and places perfect for solo travellers, so what I did was I searched for locations and listed it. Write down the subway stations, exit numbers, or landmarks on your itinerary. Then, I divided the destinations into the 6 days I had.  Areas that are relatively close to each other are good for one day, and so on. I also planned the locations depending on which part of the day it is great and manageable to see.
I recommend jotting down locations you want to see that cannot be inserted in your schedule. Go there if you have extra time and energy. I made a list aside from my itinerary, and I ended up going to those places. You don’t have to stick to your itinerary all the time, it's just a visual guideline.
Another tip: Most parts of Seoul starts around 10 am and ends at midnight. No need to wake up super early; enjoy the night life, friends.
Wi-Fi? Internet?
My service provider is Smart (partner with KT in SK), they offer ₱550 per day international data roaming and ₱20 per SMS, but I didn’t avail that because that’s too expensive. I also didn’t rent a pocket wi-fi in my whole stay at South Korea. Yes, you read that right. Not that I don’t have a budget for it, it’s that Wi-Fi can be found everywhere in Seoul. The only catch is that sometimes the Wi-Fi does not have internet connection. In my experience, I never really had a hard time with the lack of internet because I didn’t need it. When I need to message my family and friends or share online, I sit down in the subway stations or parks because those spots have fast internet connection.
Malls, stores, restaurants and famous locations have Wi-Fi with internet, so don’t worry. I praise you, Public Wifi @ Seoul ;)
Apps to download?
Subway Korea and Waze helped me so much in this whole journey. Both works without internet connection. It aided me in locating my destinations when I feel like I’m lost.
Transportation
I highly, highly recommend taking the subway. Subway is all over Seoul. With that, buy a T-money (only ₩4,000) once you get to the airport. It’s easier to have one card on hand rather than buying ticket per ride. Minimum fare is around ₩1,050 so not expensive. I didn’t get to ride the bus but it is also everywhere in Seoul. Subway and bus time slots are aligned with each other and it’s accurate AF.
The best transportation ever was my feet. I got to most places just by walking. It is tiring but it was all worthwhile with the views and sceneries I got to see. Trust me. Public transportation and your own feet is the answer to an amazing soul searching trip.
Gadgets / Electronic devices
The power sockets in Korea are type C and F with 220V, those are the circular ones. I didn’t get to bring that kind of adaptor and my hostel does not provide it… so 7-11 came to save me. I bought a lightning cable with the adaptor for about ₩15k. It was a bit pricey but I needed it. Bring a powerbank with you because SNS and navigation apps take a lot of battery charge.
What to Wear
I came in the first day of July. Summer to rainy season. The clothes I brought were for wet and humid weather. I packed a raincoat, pair of sunglasses and an umbrella (but I still bought because I was feeling extraaa) just in case. No need to bring thick clothes during the summer because it was extremely hot. Dress accordingly to the month and weather forecast.
Food
I think I needed to add this because I am vegan. Because of that, my budget for food might be somewhat lower than yours. Smoothies, coffee, tofu, bread, and veggie dumplings kept me satiated all throughout the trip.
Bring a water bottle so that you wouldn’t have to buy water every time you get thirsty. It saves money. I brought a bottle but I didn’t use it because I was too lazy to bring it around with me. But trust me, bring one and refill from your guesthouse.
As said earlier, convenience stores and street foods are all over the place so if you want to keep the budget, they come in handy always.

Typical street food in Myeongdong - Red bean Croissant (not sure if vegan, sorry)
Currency
I had my PH peso changed to Korean Won in a mall near my home. I preferred direct conversion to avoid more losses. The conversion was exactly 0.05. I also brought a few US Dollars and PH Peso. Well, that’s what I suggest, have your money converted here rather than look there. But hey, they said Myeongdong has a pretty good conversion.
Overall, I think those are the basic and general tips I have for the plan and preparation for your own Seoul trip. I hope you got some insights!
