told mom (teacher + tech manager at japanese school) a summary of the ww race thoughts earlier today

and just now while looking through the list of newcomer students she told me "considering the kinds of names japanese parents give their kids nowadays, i wouldn't be surprised if there was a non-mixed japanese student with a name pronounced nikorasu/nicholas" lmfao

she showed me the name that made her think that and...yeah she's right i wouldn't be surprised either at this point
