i was away from bad's stream WHAT DO U MEAAAN HE SAID "that pisses me off," when he lost all his geo in hollow knight BADBOYHALO??? that's crazy isn't that like a level 1 swear word by his determination 'cause he's languaged it before i feel like. WHAT WAS IN THE AIR TODAY?!?!?!?!? this stream was an enigma, first earlier on the qsmp the spelling out of "fuck", now he's saying something PISSES him off and not TICKS him off holy moly..... it's ok, i permit him to use level 1 swears, he can say them more, thumbs up emoji. he's earned it, he can have some level 1 swear word passes, thumbs up emoji.

People don’t seem to understand the difference between online discourse and real problems. Discourse is things like “shipping blah blahson x blooopert goopert is EVIL” that the moment you turn off your phone it is gone. Actual problems are when people are dying, getting hurt, getting sick, or are being discriminated against. If people are getting hurt in real life over discourse it becomes a problem, if people are getting threats over it it becomes a problem.

If someone is saying “cancel George123 because he said Superman is straight!!1!1!” You can turn off your phone and turn on the news and guess what??? The news will not be talking about George123!! You can say “not my problem” to that and you’ll probably be better off for it

Meanwhile if people are being fired for being gay (just an example) you’ll notice that starts to effect more than just twitter or Tumblr or whatever. That has real life ramifications, because it’s a real problem. People end up hurt and affected. You can’t go “that’s not my issue” and expect everything to turn out okay, that will reflect on who you are

I really despise this whole "self-empathy is when you don't give a shit about anyone other than yourself" thing. How the fuck can you just say shit like this and not feel a little bit like a piece of shit? "My country supporting a genocide? Not my problem. People in my community facing bigotry? Not my problem. An ongoing pandemic of a highly contagious disease that tends to cause permanent damage in those infected? Not my problem." Sure, in the end a lot of people think like this, but it's another thing to be this shameless that you proudly say it out loud.

before i stop posting for the night... earlier i decided i wanted to make a proper layout finally, so i made a banner but the banner was too long, so i cut it in between my banner and pfp. here's the whole thing :)

took me a while but i made a layout even if it's still a little scuffed <3 it's endearing it's handmade it's like a quilt. comfort in patchwork you know :)
