  Yes, I would say, it is pretty much impossible to not lose weight by following the Velocity LEAN Diet.   Okay, maybe, if you sort of followed the diet and ate fast food, doughnuts and a bunch of non organic processed junk food, wreaking havoc in your body while loading it up with all sorts of toxins which make you more swollen and require your body to store extra body fat in order to store toxins that your body does not know how to process then you could struggle with losing weight.  But then again, you wouldn't be doing this diet because we don't mess around with toxic, fake food like that. The Velocity LEAN Diet loses weight in a very healthy way from our experience and in our opinion in addition to the opinion and experience of many others and also various studies and related diets throughout the industry.
