#its in manilla in the claws of light#good movie btw would reccomend if not for the fact that the subtitles avaliable for it on archive.org are Real shit#like sometimes evrrything is translated and sometimes every 3rd or 4th sentence is translated#i fortunately watched it with a filipino friend who i could ask what theyre saying when the tagalog wasnt translated#i wonder if the subs in the criterion release of it are better#words
