honestly think im gonna start enforcing a mandatory “no chores dont leave the house dont do shit dont talk to people and Recover” day every other week because gOd i’m allergic to taking care of myself without a schedule

#the autism and fatigue and chronic pain keep tag teaming me hougb #last saturday was so good i felt actually Recovered after that day #i need to make that a recurring thing. this is not a request. i am going to enforce the self care #gonna put this on my calendar actually gbdjfhwjs #mossy speaks #personal #also im high key proud of myself for this like!!! this is a good self care option i was told to be selfish occasionally in therapy #and by god she was right!!! i HAVE to prioritize myself sometimes i cannot choose exhaustion every day #i have needs and a low social battery/spoons and by god its my right as a person to care for those needs
