Every time I see an artist whose music is apparently ONLY available via streaming I want to sit them down and explain 'you can't buy this' translates to 'steal this' in the language of my people.

Aaaaargh.

(Our kitchen tap broke in a way it had broken before. I tried to fix it in the way I had fixed it before. Didn't work. So I called the company that installed it and made a repair appointment. Company ordered parts. Repair guy came in this morning, did the exact same thing I tried except with more force or slightly differently or something and it worked. Didn't even have to shut down the water or replace any parts. And now I am currently in the process of dissolving into a puddle of embarrassment on the floor.)

also here's a relevant newsweek article i read the other day. i think it's worth noting that voter apathy is very high rn and most of it is not social-media based (and the solution is not to cut out or block people who disagree with you, but it never is and tumblr users always seem to think it is so 🙄)

My Bday is coming up (25th), and that’s like a few weeks away still but it’s close enough that my mum is asking me about stuff that I want and like,,, idk what I want, last year I got DMC5 & MGR;R. So maybe I’ll get more games or sm?.

Still leaves the question of which ones though, considering bayonetta maybe?, it’s worked on by some of the same people who worked on DMC..

60. Can you cook and do you enjoy it? no and no 🥺 i can make a few basic things, enough to survive on if i'm left to my own devices, but i'm a terrible cook. and believe me, i've tried. for YEARS! however, my wife is fantastic cook and i'm an excellent baker so it all works out in the end 🥰
