Tôi sẽ không làm được điều gì nếu không có những người xung quanh ủng hộ. Sau khi trải qua những khó khăn, tôi mới thấy mình ngày càng mạnh mẽ hơn".

"Điều đầu tiên tôi làm là trở về nhà, nằm xuống giường, uống một chút nước và hít thở thật sâu. Sau đó, nếu cần người chia sẻ, tôi sẽ gọi điện cho bạn thân của mình. Còn nếu cần bác sĩ trị liệu, tôi sẽ gọi cho bác sĩ. Điều quan trọng, bạn cần dành nhiều thời gian hơn nữa cho bản thân, thư giãn nhẹ nhàng. Nghe thì thật buồn cười nhưng đó là sự thật" - Selena Gomez chia sẻ.

Được biết, Selena Gomez còn từng có khoảng thời gian dài tăng cân mất kiểm soát, bỏ bê nhan sắc vì chuỗi biến cố tình cảm. Sau đó, trong một cuộc phỏng vấn, nữ ca sĩ cho biết: "Tôi bắt đầu để ý rằng mọi người đang chỉ trích vì mình tăng cân. Đó là sự thật. Tôi tăng và giảm cân nhiều lần do những biến động trong cuộc sống”.

Còn hiện tại, sau khi cân bằng cuộc sống, Selena Gomez đã tìm thấy phiên bản tốt nhất của chính mình. Dù không trang điểm, cô vẫn toát lên vẻ ngoài rạng rỡ, với làn da mịn màng, đầy sức sống.
