400k (Or 350k) feels a little steep for an Argus kill. I might just not be used to the pricing, but I remember people only charging like 35-60k per mythic Archie kill for the mount last expansion. Is there any specific reason you guys charge so much?

WoW tokens were selling for 28-38k around the end of WoD when everyone was selling carries. For reference of how bad the inflation is, WoW tokens sell for about 170k these days. Basically:

-There was an oversaturated market at the end of WoD (lots of guilds had progressed to a point where they could sell carries)

-Antorus has only been out for like a month and like every PUG is already asking for AotC, even if you’re pugging in an attempt to get AotC

-Blizzard can’t control inflation even through all these huge goldsinks (mostly expensive mounts) and it sucks for hmmmmmmostly everyone?

-I need GOLD so I can CHANGE MY TRANSMOG EVERY TWENTY MINUTES

-I just work here man

-Prices will go down as time goes on, don’t worry!

I recently got back into experimenting with Jasbro's code (games still ded tho) and came up with an influence system. Basically, taxes on income, wealth, estate and slaves as well as law enforcement and chances to get raided by thugs are all variables that the player can influence by sending slaves with various skills to "convince" officials, mob bosses and such. Taxes and raids can get quite harsh if you don't, and most brothel sims lack goldsinks.

Neat! House Dominae already has something to that effect, where you accrue influence points as a kind of currency, that you can spend to pass beneficial laws and unlock things. There will be a senate and I really like the idea of soliciting favor from individual senators by sending skilled slaves to them. It’d fit well within this kind of world.
