( the big seven;; part one)

harry:  glasses that constantly seem to be broken, walks in the woods by yourself, freezing people out because you’re scared of how they make you feel, watching the sun come up over the rooftops, appreciating loneliness, tired eyes and dark circles, yearning, owls, dry cool days, newspapers

ron: oversized sweaters, antique chessboards, not telling people you love them easily, chocolate, warm hand knitted sweaters, bad jokes, dried blood on your upper lip, old cars that creak when they start, laughing with, being snowed in, wearing hand-me-down clothes, jean jackets, sleeping in too late.

hermione: freckles across your nose, and the one you love kissing each of them individually, reading books about topics you love to learn about, righteous anger, so much love you’ll think you’ll burst, the smell of vanilla, drinking coffee in a tea shop downtown, figuring out something before anyone else does. 

ginny: bralettes, old leather jackets, red converse and redder lipstick, riding roller coasters with your hands in the air, fireworks, wishing you could protect everyone, boxing gloves, calling yourself a feminist killjoy, exuding confidence, bright summer nights, the scent of ginger, pretending you’re okay so people don’t worry. 

draco: cigarette smoke, long black coats, always feeling like people are following you, playing piano, the mountains, dimly-lit rooms, the smell of pine, stiff suits, biting your tongue, marble statues, wanting to be brave but not knowing how, trust, loss, trusting even though you’ve lost, not being able to conjure a patronus, forgiveness.
