The first week of the @yoga_medicine #YM200 in Spain is over.....and I always leave buzzing with excitement of the transformations to come. 🦋The high of teaching this incredibly rich content and program with a group of amazing teachers from around the globe is coupled with meeting new students/trainees from around the world. My cup is so full and my heart is bursting with pride for how far the trainees came in JUST ONE WEEK!
