Since covid/2020 The Golden Bus has been mostly parked and under-construction on the beautiful Idle Wild Farm, when it isn't going on camping adventures with Jenny and Scott and their kids and cat. But this spring we hosted our first concert since 2019 - John Southworth! It was beautiful, and we hope 2024 will see many more!

My dear friend Catriona came and played the Golden Bus - a dream come true!  And we had our Magnetic Poetry up too, which became a bonus for my children in attendance

Happy Birthday

I've met some interesting people on this website. There's has been the good, the bad, and the ugly. Throughout the years tumblr had been a place I'd come to confide in my thoughts. It became a sanctuary. The more I became true to myself, my thoughts, and my feelings, the more relatable I became. As I began to express myself I noticed that I wasn't alone. I noticed I helped others become conscious of their thoughts and feelings. Just last year I met a huge ray of sunshine. She just hit me with so much energy. So much positivity. So much warmth. I thought she was special. I've met some cool people on here but she was a little different. It's hard to explain it but it was just something about her. I've never had anyone who consistently encouraged me. It started with these random text messages about having a positive attitude. It just felt like she knew exactly what to say when I needed it. She really turned out to be an amazing friend. I remember when I got into an accident she was one of the first of my followers to check up on me. I think I one point she thought she would bother me because she always wanted to see how I was doing. I had to tell her I was okay with it and how much that meant to me. She's very kind and very thoughtful. I remember I told her I was hungry and I didn't eat all day bc I was at work the entire day with nothing in my stomach. She offered to bring me a plate of food to my job. I wasn't really used to that but I appreciate her for that and the things she's done for me since. She's a very good listener and she remembers everything even though I don't think she feels me all the time but I know she cares. But anyway. Happy 23rd Birthday. @goldenbue I hope you enjoy. #taurus season.
