I’m gonna start posting more content about Otis, and maybe more of my OCs, possibly even X reader type shit idk.

This is copy and pasted from a convo me and Owl has, where i was explaining the basics of Otis.

His personality and hobbies:

His personality had a bit of a revamp

he used to be timid, now he is a much more straight to the point type of man. He has the sense of humor of a child, but in general is a pretty good dude. he’s nice, respectful, and likes to keep things clean when stuff gets messy. the type of person who patches things up. He practices dark magic, and magic in general. he has the ability to summon a shadow demon/puppet that does whatever otis commands it to do. He named said shadow puppet Asmodeus. (Why? well uh, i guess you can say this is somewhat suggestive.. he named him that cause Otis was practicing lustful magic, i know i know, it sounds weird, but Otis is simply learning all of his magic book and lustful magic just so happens to be a section in the book… and accidentally created the one and only shadow demon Asmodeus. not the real Asmodeus of course— if Otis summoned the real Asmodeus we’d all be fucked. literally.)

In his free time, whenever he isn’t studying magic or creating potions, OR playing video games (that’s right, he’s a video game lover), he likes to spend time in my personas castle with my persona, he’s my fav oc after all, so he gets special treatment lol.

Dating head canons:

-he has NEVER been in a relationship before so bare with him.

A bit more about his magic: he can legit KILL people in an EXTREMELY painful way with his magic. Like I mean PAINFUL. no one actually knows what he does, cause whoever witnesses it never survives. All anyone knows is that when he gets fucking pissed, his magic turns WHITE when it’s usually purple, and when his magic turns white

bitch it’s OVER for you!

though, it would take a LOT to get him THAT angry since he’s chiller then a mountain.

Otis is pansexual, and over 300 years old, born in the 1700s.

since Otis was once a gold watcher and no longer is, i decided to change his story, he lived this long because he managed to resurrect himself with magic, that’s the first thing he learned how to do. which was heal, and resurrection.

ALSO!! Otis wants 4 kids, no more, no less. Plus, since he never had a mom, he wants his kids to have a very good one. If he gets a boyfriend/husband, then fuck, it’s adopting time.

Unfortunately for him, he's also a hopeless romantic—which is one of the reasons he stays in the gardens so much—and fantasizes a lot about having a lover a LOT

You guys were having so much fun that you didn't even notice some of the other statues spying on you, Henry and William telling everyone to keep away from you and Marshall while Apollo and Colin kept Bennet from jumping at you

But he knew you had to complete the nightmare to leave, but he didn't want you to get hurt by his comrades or leave him

So he kindly but kind of threatening told the other statues to back off and kind of... Uuuuh- how do I say this- fucking YEETED APOLLO AND MAXWELL INTO A FUCKING WALL AS A WARNING

Ofc he would never do such a thing to the ones just as Henry, William, Ezekiel, or any of the good ones but he's not afraid to suplex a mother fucker into space for you

They did as they were told, but couldn't also disobey Malak so they just eased up on the chasing, staying still for longer after you took your eyes off them and stuff, yeah

Eventually, you got the ring and all that boss fight that happens in the enhanced version happens and you're still alive

Marshall helps you dodge everything once you're out of the main maze, and escorts you to the portal as the giant statue behind the manor throws axes at you both

He gives you one final hug and a kiss on the hand, a farewell, and sends you off

You hand over the ring piece to Bierce and goes to a corner of the room in sadness

Bierce actually feels guilty for once and tells you the nightmare didn't actually collapse, she just said that so you'd get out faster

You're able to visit Marshall in better terms now that Malak's focusing on having other monsters after you

He couldn't be happier about that

This man has not received a single compliment nor praise in his life, so give him some and you have a Marshall puddle on the ground

He's kinda awkward on pda aside from arm hooking, so if you hug him or just, gently hold his hand he WILL melt and this is a threat /j.... /Hj

Once he gets the hang of pda, he'll always do it as long as you let him and are comfortable with it

Tends to ramble a lot, either to anyone willing to listen or to himself, so prepared to be bombarded with info about his passions if he gets into a rambling session

Please just listen to him, no one ever bothered to listen so seeing you actually interested or just listening to him makes his non-existent heart feel fuzzy

There was one time you were nowhere to be seen, the statues searched the whole mansion and maze, only to look up from the outside and see you at the very top of the roof with Marshall, drinking your favorite beverage while you both where joking and talking about life

And lemme tell you that Manor's T A L L, and you weren't even nervous in the slightest

The relief in Ira was so big you have no idea, Ezekiel was the same but he was a tad bit jealous that you where there with Marshall

Ira always tries to help the mortals leave the nightmare, and Ezekiel refuses to kill, so he'll be the one spending the most time with you

Both are masters of dates even though they never dated anyone, but they know exactly everything you like

Both are pretty great to cuddle with, specially Ira, he's always warm for some reason

Ira being taller than both of you(and stronger), he likes carrying you both around, his reasoning being that he wants to be stronger

Only you and Ira know what's under Ezekiel's mask

They think your fearlessness is so badass but there also kind of scared of you-

Like, Malak told them a bit about you, he said you weren't scared of the Monkeys or Agatha, and you sure as hell wasn't scared of them when you came in through the portal

You actually started complimenting everyone and flirting with them??

But you were so caught up in your pick up lines you died to the spikes and swinging axes a few times

Eventually you just stopped for a while, somehow trapping e v e r y o n e under your stare

And you weren't scared at all, just stared at them deadpan sitting on one of the couches like a monarch

You did get bored after a bit, so you just yawned got up and left, while keeping them stuck in place

N e way, Evan's a new oc to the group, if you haven't watched any gameplay of the enhanced version of DD, basically there's this new boss battle in the GW level where there's a giant statue behind the manor throwing axes at you while Malak and the others chase you around

he's a titan with a golden heart(no pun intended) and is besties with Marshall since he stays outside so much cuz he don't fit in the house

He's neutral about the mortals since they don't stay around for long to form an opinion, he's mute and adores listening to people ramble about their passions, gives great advises but is very anti social and is iffy about meeting new people
