Okay, so hear me out; I like to think Rinko is a ONE OK ROCK fan... So, how would Gojo be extra in this case? I feel like he'd find a way for her to get to meet them. He's rich, and he's got connections, so I like to think he'd find a chill way to get her to meet them, which she would be mortified and super embarrassed, but would still love it and be very grateful!

Honestly? Rinko hasn't had blood family since Yuzuki died, not really. The Zenins always treated her like shit, and Naoya was obviously a little shit since he stabbed her when they were teenagers. (She also kinda, ya know, killed him. But to be fair, it was self-defense. Also, did you notice that she killed him almost exactly thirteen years after he stabbed her?)

But Nanami was her brother. She loved him so dearly, and he loved her. He cared about her so much. He would never tell her directly, but she knew that she was one of his favorite people, just like he was one of hers. Their bond is so strong that no matter what AU they're in, they'll always be close. It's impossible for them to not be.

She'll be keeping Nanami's sword forever, by the way. She's never getting rid of it.

The kids? Technically she does share blood with Megumi and Maki, and even though they're cousins, they both admit she raised them more than anyone else really did. Yuuta? He is her son. Blood or not. Toge? Obviously her son. Yuuji? Also her son now. Nobara? Not as close yet, but she's her child. I said in a comment on Anything But Boring that if you are a child and you talk to Rinko more than once, she unconsciously adopts you. Paperwork filed and signed. No questions 😂 Especially now that she will be taking over as Tokyo Tech's principal, this is just how she'll adopt all the children.

Speaking of principal, Yaga was a father figure to her. A better one than Gakuganji was in many situations, but Gakuganji has also been a father figure, albeit a shitty one most of the time.

But mostly? Gojo. Gojo has been her family longer than either of them would admit. But she became one of the most important people in his life as soon as he gave her a key to his condo, and he's been one of the most important people in her life since he showed up at her mother's funeral, and then later at her mother's grave so that she wasn't alone on her birthday.

Also, did you guys notice the parallel of New Memories and I'll Take Care of Her? Both were on Rinko's birthday, just seven years apart.

If this ain't Gojo. And honestly? It's Rinko, and it'll be the kids, too. Their childhoods were stolen from them. But Gojo and Rinko are still going to try to make sure they get to have a bit of fun as kids. And that they have people in their lives they know care about them and love them and watch over them.

But yeah, this is Rinko's lil crazy as fuck family that she loves more than anything, and she will literally kill for them. 🥹

I really feel like this is them during the lighter moments (which is most of the time with this AU, let's be real).

I like to think that this song is just one of their happy places. Like, one of them is having a bad day, or they're fighting, and this song comes on, and one of them just grabs the other and starts singing very badly as they twirl in dumb little circles until the one still mad can't help but grin and go along with it.

Just imagine them in the living room of one of their apartments or their house once they're married and living together again.

And it could be a song they also share with the twins, too, because the two lil hip kids introduced the song to them because it reminded them of how Gojo is with Rinko 🥺🥺
