Just doing a tapping drill and I see the coxie taking the extra step to make them all work together. This is a proud moment for me as the coach and can say she made the initiative to do something like this on day two of water practice. The guesture is only small but it shows me that she wants her crew to be successful and will do what ever she can to make it work! She isn't novice but this is the first year I'm coaching her and the other girls and everyday I'm so impressed and excited to watch them grow and go faster each day. . . .
