Grow through what you go through 😊

Life isn't butterflies and rainbows. There are ups and downs to signify the importance of happiness as well as sadness. We all make mistakes but the only thing that differentiates each of us is what we do after committing mistakes. Some of us agree that we made a mistake and keep that guilt with us while some try to correct it but no one of us tries to forget it. Why do we punish ourselves over such silly things? We all are humans and are bound to make mistakes. We ourselves make us feel like a culprit or criminal. The almighty that created you is a forgiver not a condemner.

It is good to commit mistakes because it brings learning and learning shapes your character and after that you start changing and then eventually contribute to your growth. Sometimes the darkest storms and painful mistakes bring in the greatest victories.

Two ways that can help you to grow are -

1) Choose to develope a good attitude

As rightly said by Joyce Meyer

" You cannot have a positive life with a negative mind. "

2) Choose to develope courage

Nelson Mandela said " The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear. "

And then you will start growing while going through things.

Care

One of the things that bugs me the most about people as a whole is that they just don't care. It's sort of that mindless going through life and when people do that they subconsciously just gloss over things. Like someone who may need just a compliment or a smile. But it's cause we are all content with just going through the motions rather than caring about the moment and what's going on. You'll miss things if you just glaze over life. Miss important opportunities to make your day and others' brighter.

Thinking Out loud

At this point of my life, I feel very confused. And not career-wise, or relationship-wise, but with myself. I am confused with myself. I feel like I am a leaf that was blown from the tree, and this leaf doesn’t care where the wind brings it. It doesn’t care where it goes. It doesn’t care what happens next. This leaf is just going with the flow; on the street, by the cars, flowing gently through the crowds of people. This leaf is all alone. It doesn’t have a family to hold on to - its family was left right there on that same tree where it was once from... This leaf goes through his one, short, tiny life, not knowing what it could’ve been. Leaf could have ended up in a beautiful arrangement of potpourri, or uniquely placed in a fall-themed party decoration, or used by a child for a kindergarten handicraft.... 

I am a leaf right now. I am going through life. Just going through, barely giving a fuck. And I feel like this feeling of not caring enough, is sucking me in more and more every day. I can’t find a person who understands me. Because depression is very often misunderstood. People tend to think that when a person is depressed he is sad and/or crying. That’s not true. A depression is an ongoing journey through every day life, with a struggle to survive. People need hope. People need something to hold on to. People need other people. 

No matter what happened in life, why my serotonin became so freaking low, I Need to go through this. I am a strong person. I have been strong all these years. I guess people do break. I used to think that people are just making shit up. lol how stupid was i.
