how dare you stop advocating for a charitable organisation dedicated to preventing maternal mortality in order to start advocating for a (different) charitable organisation dedicated to preventing maternal mortality. can’t believe you would sell out like this. 😡
Hello. I have experienced a major metamorphosis. I am no longer a coffee company. I am now a fan blog celebrating the Project for Awesome, a 16-year-old online fundraiser and charity extravaganza.
Since 2007, the P4A has raised over $17,000,000 for a huge variety of great causes. Right now, all donations will go to Partners in Health and Save the Children, two organizations working to extend healthcare and educational opportunities to vulnerable populations. Plus, you can get great perks, like original art and stories created by people in our community. The livestream starts at noon eastern on Friday, but you can donate now!
My personal favorite perk so far is my spouse, Sarah Urist Green, series of prints in which she removes men from iconic photographs. (Sonny and Cher become Cher and Cher; John and Yoko become Yoko and Yoko; and so on.) You can see all the perks here!
#you either die a corporate entity advocating for charity#or live long enough to see yourself become fan account for a corporate entity advocating for literally the exact same charity#im sorry ily john i am also super excited for the p4a this year#there are many meme formats that coukd have expressed this ij a funnier way bug i am. too tired to make them 😫#p4a!#am i going to get up at 4am to watch the livestream YOU BET I AM#going to try do some watercolour sketches inspired by PIH’s work while i watch#refine my skills so i can maybe donate some art to next year’s p4a#i have a little series planned but i am not skilled enough to execute the idea yet#so will need some practice in the meantime#but anyway!#p4a here we come!#lets see if we can beat last year’s record!!#🥳🎉🥳🎉
