one of the funniest things to me about gunter/corrin's supports is the the very last thing corrin says in the A support ("you're like a father to me") and then: one of the very FIRST things she says in the S support after his question AKA "I'm in love with you".

............................ corrin, sweetie. that's not how it usually works. that plus how he reacted in between (trying to gently suss out who the devil she has feelings for) sure implies that corrin had been sending hellaciously mixed signals to the poor old man for some time, LMAO.

#honestly i'm actually impressed at how classily/diplomatically he handled that. didn't want to hurt corrin's feelings or god forbid misread.#(made even more awkward by his own feelings in turn and he's also absolutely feeling a hellacious amount of guilt for that. )#going a more neutral track of figuring out Whomst so he could bow out and figuratively close the door w/o saying anything gracefully was...#well. remarkably gentlemanly!#and it WOULD had worked if corrin had not been so explicitly thirsty for him to the point of admitting it to his face LOL #fates really said corrin daddykink rights.
