A father plays such a significant role in a child’s life, especially his little girl! He is her first LOVE, the King of her Castle, the knight that guards and protects her, and the angel of her soul! The Bible states in Colossians 3:14 that above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. Although my dad wasn’t proactive in my life, I am grateful to have known HIM! He wasn’t there to protect or guide me, but I understand today that my father could not give me what he didn’t have and even though he was absent, I still loved Him! God placed some amazing uncles in my life that loved me despite my flaws, protected me, spoiled me, ran off boys who were not good for me and I am forever grateful!
