Maybe it was something childish of Birkin but he was still sore enough towards Wesker that he’d been deliberately avoiding the other tyrant as if late. It was a bad thing, even he knew, because the longer that a wound was allowed to fester the worse it was at fixing it.
But it didn’t change the fact that Albert had utterly shattered the thin fragile pieces of normalcy that the scientist had been piecing back together bit by bit since coming to Valkyrie Island. While the megalomaniacal bastard went off and did his own thing the scientist got better at avoiding him, for the most part lingering within the lab that had been provided to him.
If anything William leaned back in the chair he was seated in, eyes momentarily closing as blunt nails scraped the back of his neck as he tried to rub the kink out of it. How long had he been working this time? Days? He couldn’t remember the last time when he’d even eaten anything or slept which was probably bad in and of itself, but there lacked the rather distinct ability to care towards that.
It was better this way. To work himself to the point where he simply couldn’t think, where the bitter anger towards his, let’s face it, only friend couldn’t immediately dominate through his mind.

Entry 1
Well this one is going to be going over everything that has happened to date. The campaign started in tavern(of course haha) where the heros were summoned by captain of the town guard(Captain Shuli) to go and investigate some strange happenings in a near by town. The group consists of a human paladin by the name of, Arthur Matthias Ventanus, a proper man from a noble family that live to the north near the godscrown mountain range. His family are the guardians and overseers of the merchant town called Salzig. There is an Elf Druid named Alara Wolfmoon from the Wolfmoon clan. She was sent at a young age of 5 to go live in the wilderness alone growing up with a wolf. The point of this is to come into her wildshape powers, however when returning home she did not so she was sent to continue her journey with her brother fang. There is also a gnome wizard named Bilder the Tall. Bilber is on a quest of knowledge and in his jounrys and studies came across book than he doesn't understand, however he knows in heart this book is evil and now quests to find a way to destroy it or just keep it out of the hands of evil. Next we have a monk female named Briella who as a baby was left at her monastery as a baby. she was considered an abomination as she is a half-elf half-dwarf. Next we have a hafling bard named Ryan. He uses his abilities to find criminals and turn them in for money, as any bounty hunter would. Lastly we have a elven rouge. He grew up with his merchant parents owning store. One day his parents were killed and Vaylen then turned to stealing. He ended up joining a big thieves guild called The Jackals who ended up stealing a lot of money from and is now on the run doing odd jobs to get by.
Till now the heros have found that the strange happenings are coming from the relm of madness trying to bleed through to tandor. which later they found out that the god of madness Asura is trying to break free of his prison. Turns out that the book Bilber found is the seal for asura. They traveled to the kingdom of the elves Maal dorei where the king of the elves had explained to them about the king of stondor is possessed by the god of madness and then took the book from bilber to keep it safe freeing bilbers mind. They were told about the elven gods champions used 6 items of power to seal away asura, but afterwards the items were scattered across the world. The heros now need to travel world gathering these items to seal away asura again after being told by the elven king that it is their destiny.
They also found out that their friend Finn is actually the believed to be dead prince of stondor which the king tried to kill and then used it as a plot to start a war.
Over this journey Arthur found a griffon that alara helped him hatch. They have also found a few items of power already. The cloak of rillifane, the gauntlets of solonor, and are currently on their way to get the dagger of ereven.
Where we left off last time they were in a tavern when all of a sudden the village is being attacked by soldiers of stondor. The paladin tried to end it peacefully by grabbing one of the soldiers and saying if they lay down their arms their friend would live and then the soldiers killed their friend. They do not seem to be themselves or normal. There are many soldiers here ten inside the tavern and maybe another 30 more outside. Next time we will see what our heros will do and how they will get out of this situation.

Rusted city dripped with gore, with flames, as the inhuman screeches of the infected and the intermingled screams from survivors alike. A delightful dance of macabre death, the oroboros’ eternal struggle that raged back and forth for ultimate supremacy.
This was not the first such outbreak that Aerius had found himself in, but the young man dearly relished this one more than the last. This city was lost. Nothing could pull it back from the licking embers of destruction now… no struggle for salvation. The human numbers dwindled one by one by one… some in lingering agony their last breathing hours, and others?
Well, perhaps those swift deaths were the lucky ones.
The mere thought was pleasant enough to bring the killer’s lips peeling back over already bloodied teeth, chuckling almost to himself and he continued to gut his finally stilled and stiffening prey. A few feet away lay another body, one of a woman… both had been amongst the uninfected, both had been survivors that had lost their final struggle. Beautiful, wasn’t it? Humanity was a cancer and while Aerius might not be a catalyst for change the gods help him he would certainly be a means to an end.

Wesker sets a mug of coffee on Birkin's desk quietly and slides it gently towards him.
If anything even Birkin’s eyes hurt by this point he’d been studying the sample before him for so long. There was a dull throbbing in the back of his head as well, a repeated tempo that he didn’t quite seem able to shake no matter how much he’d tried. How long had he been at this? Hours easily... time slipping through his fingers so damn easily even now.
The smell of the coffee was so damn alluring however, enough to pull the man a bit out of that haze. Enough that blue eyes flicked over, one brow raised slightly, before he reached out to snag the warm mug and pull it close. “What’s the special occasion, Al?” His voice croaked causing him to grimace, swallowing hard to try to sooth away the roughness that colored it.
