I can't believe that PiS won again. A lot of young people didn't go vote(shame on them!)and the grandmas and grandmas decided. Well, they all watch propaganda TV witch says that EU is our enemy, calls Macron a ''Poleseater''/''Polisheater''(really, one guy said that in the TV, lol).TV had showed the yellow vests protest every Saturday(sometimes almost everyday),until they saw a lot of communist flags on 1st May haha.The election in Poland was faked,or Poles are stupid.I pray for fake elections.

"Polisheater"? I want to say no kink shaming, but this IS TVP we're talking about...

Cześć! Do not despair, my sweet dumpling! I know how dispiriting it can get (I got numb drunk with my Polish friends at Open'er as the 2015 results were announced) and my ex’s parents are diehard catho-taliban Duck voters… I feel like I absorb some of the TVP dystopia through osmosis.

Every tinpot despot thinks himself eternal and invincible, but time waits for no bitch (just ask Romanian friends on here). Also, there are many, many wonderful young people in your country who do care and are engaged and will keep fighting. The key is to find them and work with them, even if in small ways, before the next elections this fall. And remember: if you told an Irish person your age where their country was headed just 15 or 20 years ago, what would their reaction have been?
