trusting your gut

Been awhile since Ive posted & well I guess I just haven't prioritized my life. Been thinking of dipping into doing a podcast about anxiety. Recovery is good, but sometimes I forget that there was a root to my meth drug use. It blocked away my fears. So how do you move on from using tactics that you know will kill you? I got off my prescription medicine & I am now taking THC gummies that keep me level headed during bouts with anxiety. I wanna give back, I want to help others who can't seem to understand the root of the majority of evils that are out there. I want to incorporate God into these conversations. I don't want to judged or be judge. I just want to speak to others who need a platform to speak on what anxiety does to every individual. so let’s see what happens. Living by Faith

Lately I've experienced so many changes in my life. It most certainly has been more than overwhelming. I am very thankful that God has given me many new opportunities. I am not going to lie, at first; all these changes were more than scary to me... I’m not a person who is open to change easily; .and it often takes me weeks or months to get comfortable whether it be a physical change , or an emotional change or a new season in life. (Something i have been working on) . I was going through so many changes that i felt so unsure about my future ... i felt distant from the Lord because it seemed as if, when i needed answers from him the most..he was quiet . After searching the scriptures; searching for advice on how to handle all this change...I realized that throughout all the stressing and anxiety i forgot one of the most important foundations to my faith.... trusting God. believing and trusting in his word and promises. it was as if i forgot that I had to have faith! .. See i was looking for signs that everything was going to be OK.. I was looking for the physical .. instead of doing what i was supposed to do which was trusting in the Lord Our God that all things are in his hands; having faith that he would and will work out all things for HIS Glory!
