Lunch. Breaking my intermittent 6 hour waking fast. Sautéed vegetables with lamb burger patty (fresh kale, frozen broccoli, frozen mixed vegetables etc, stir fried in coconut oil and garlic, with feta cheese, lemon juice, black pepper and salt). Wilted Baby Spinach with Greek Feta Cheese, Lemon and Garlic. (Stir fry sliced garlic in coconut oil, add a bag of fresh baby spinach, when the spinach has wilted to down to around 60-80%, sprinkle salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and feta cheese. Don't over cook, just until the feta cheese has melted. Delicious. My American cousin taught me this recipe. #Recipe #Spinach #IntermittentFasting #GoddessToningProgram

😈 Going rogue, using some great elements from Visual Impact for Women with my Kinobody Goddess Toning Program. I love the Kinobody Goddess community (seriously they could charge a subscription for that!). I think that's what makes the Goddess Program so special - it's the amazing supportive community. But I also love so many key elements explained in Visual Impact. So now I'm doing a hybrid! Hehe feel like a rebel 😈. Yesterday. After a 7 hour waking fast - I was hungry! But I had planned a long walk, so decided to break my fast in the park, as I knew once I ate, I wouldn't be so inclined to go on the walk! Made pizzas on corn tortillas last night. Made two types: BBQ tuna (tastes like BBQ chicken), and mince lamb (pictured). Put loads of veggys (stealth health - adding low calorie volume foods). Approx 150 calories per slice. The whole pizza is about 600 calories. #Kinobody #GoddessToningProgram #HomeCooking #Pizza #CornTortillaPizza

✅ Doc has given me the green light to start resistance training again - yeh! (A few months ago I injured my trapezius/shoulder/deltoid). But Doc instructed to start with light weights and slowly build my strength back up again. So bought some 1kg and 2kg DBs. The 1kg DBs are so cute! Just finished workout B. Feels great to be training again, even with baby dumbells hehe. #Kinobody #GoddessToningProgram
