Making my own idea of what the minecraft movie could have been.

Steve wakes up alone, in the wilderness. He's got no idea whats going on, but its slightly implied that theres something off to him about where he is. He starts walking and messing around with stuff, maybe making some tools or a crafting bench. Then he finds a village, and is so happy to be around other people, but hes gotten there right at sunset, so all the villagers are locking up shop and hunkering in their homes. He's confused until he hears the zombies groans, and then is terrified and begs to hide in someones house. A nice family takes him in, and he falls asleep scared.

In the morning, he wakes up to see deep gouges and arrows stuck in the walls of many homes. He keeps looking, and starts to see creeper holes, and splatters of gore where a severly broken down iron golem defeated a few monsters. Days pass as he slowly gets accustomed to village life.

One day, he hears the bell being frantically rung and everyone going back to hide in their homes. The iron golem, which is barely working now, staggers to its feet to defend its home and people. Pillagers rush into the village, vindicators start cutting down doors, and a ravager smashes into the iron golem, finally breaking it. Steve's freaking out with the rest of the villagers, and those who arent killed are tied up to be brought back with the pillagers. Steve is one of those.

The pillagers go back to the mansion, where the Summoner tells steve that the pillagers are looking to bring a world destroying entity to the overworld. The summoner speaks reverently of it and the eternal darkness it will bring with it. Steve is terrified, but stands up to the summoner only to get cut by vexes.

Steve is later brought to the nether to be used as a distraction as the pillagers delve into the nether fortress. As they go through the nether, he sees the immense damage the pillagers have wrought upon the Piglins and their bastions, and feels really sad when he sees a baby pokin their head through a broken wall only to be pulled back by a parent. They reach the fortress, and steve is badly burnt by a blaze, but manages to get a few rods. He also manages to fight a wither, barely escaping, in order to remind the viewers that it ccould be the wither the pillagers are tring to summon.

On the way back, the pillagers spot an enderman and shoot at it, only to curse when the enderman grows enraged and kills one of the pillagers. A vindicator cuts it down, but doesnt take the pearl, which steve notices and does take.

Steve manages to escape the mansion, running off with an iron axe, some gold boots, the blaze rods, and the enderpearl. he also rescues another player prisoner, Alex. They escape, and alex helps Steve make the eye of ender, saying that the Pillagers want to tame the dragon that lives in the void and use it to shape the overworld into the wastes that is the End.

Steve and alex must then race to find the stronghold and get good enough gear to slay the dragon, while still dodging pillagers. Herobrine is teased as the first player who tried to kill the dragon, but no one knows what happened to him. Theres a funny scene where steve is super afraid of a silverfish but alex kills it easily. Theres a heartbreaking scene where they go back to the nether only to realize they dont want to kill the endermen either, but a piglin mother sees this and trades them a few enderpearls for steves boots.

They make it, they kill the dragon and alex takes the egg, the end fleets are teased if they want to make a second movie. Steve is sad about the loss of the village and about the devastation the piglins faced, but is happy to have made new friends. The end poem is read and steve cries about it, mourning a past he may never remember. the universe gives him a hug. THE END.

Now we don't know what kind of Fae Lilia really is (one of those small ones or dragon faes for example) but what we do know is that in the self-aware au their commitment is serious

Not “oh-I-like-them-and-they-like-me-too” serious but the “I-looked-my-darling-up-so-they-can-never-leave-me” serious

The only thing that could save you from this would you also being a Fae and being able to protect yourself

At the same time... this is Lilia

So how do things start?

Since we are talking about sentient characters in a game (*sobs* why??!) it begins with you in front of a phone and him behind it's screen

Lilia was already not only on cloud nine but on cloud ten when he felt your presence for the first time

So he couldn't just stand around and do nothing

And thus the road of “kidnap- *ahem* making-the-higher-being-looking-down-on-you-visit-you” began

But of course this takes time

So he prepares

In true fae fashion he also prepares gifts

You can't tell me he isn't swimming in money, he was a general after all

So, you will still get mountains of gold and other riches

And then, he doesn't even need to do that so that you would descend

No, suddenly you are there

Lilia knows that he can't just jump on you with mountains of gold and other presents

So he starts slow

Telling you more about himself, finding out what you like

You know, the stuff that is still normal

But then... yeah good luck after that stage

He will slowly bind you to him

Oh you want to go grocery shopping? Not without him!

You don't need to be friends with anybody, right? You got him! Right?

Before you know it you are suddenly wedded to a fae, have an adopted son and live in a place in which its inhabitants see you as a God

Smile dear! You are so loved!

But then why does everyone with only Lilia excluded so far away? Why do you feel like a prisoner?

But no, you shouldn't be greedy and just smile.

Don't question that one room in his house though, those chains connected to the bed are for a reason you don't want to know.

Btter behave like a good partner so you can keep the privilege of looking outside the window

How ironic, he has roses outside, making you feel like Aurora trapped inside her castle, minus the sleeping part

But don't you worry, your dear husband will take great care of you! And look! There is the painter! Smile for him so he can paint that family painting!

Well for starters, there is probably no one screaming louder about you than him

The young half-fae grew up in the Valley of thorns which is a red flag by itself (in the self-aware au)

So what would an obsessed young person with absolutely zero shame about their subject of admiration do if they were separated from that person which they admired by worlds?

You are completely right! He goes bananas

His training with Silver becomes very fast very aggressive

And he can't prepare some gifts either because he isn't exactly what we would call rich

So he hones his sword skills

Because of that he actually strains his body too much which leads to many futile lectures from Lilias side

And then goodness, you finally appear

I seriously don't know when he would have stopped to push his limits

There is no “soft start” with Sebek, there is only full-blown attention

For outsiders it might look like you two are just really close

But no, he is just “protecting you”

Ah yes, his dream of guarding the Overseer, how nice

Only that his interpretation of “nice” is “overbearing” and ”pushy” for you

But you have to admit that him being able to be so attentive is kind of impressive

Too bad that this is rather negatively used

And then suddenly you can't even leave for school

“It's too dangerous” he said

“They just want to use you” he said

The worst about this is that because of the limited contact you have with people you start to believe what he tells you

Sebek knows how to take care of people even though he doesn't seem like it

So even though you are literally imprisoned you are still living a rather good lifestyle

Just follow his lead and everything will be well, ok??!

Silver might have problems differentiating between this being reality or a dream

But let's start from the beginning, ok?

Silver grew up in a household which is highly religious

Aka he is dead set on you being an almighty God

This admiration grows over time and before you know it you have someone who would she'd blood to be close to you

So yeah, a blood thirst knight just for you (go godhood go! Ugh...)

Silver had prepared for you even before you had started to look down upon him (in other words: before you installed TWST)

Training day after day after day under the kind yet strict gaze of his father who could be surprisingly serious as soon as the subject was you

And was he trained well, that I tell you

He also doesn't own a lot of things but, like Sebek, but he does everything to be the perfect guard and servant

And then you descend

Oh how lucky he is! To experience this!

He thought that this would happen on a distant day in the future when he would be long gone

But here you were! Smiling at him!

Unlike most he won't imprison you

Oh no, he will make you dependant on him

Unknowingly

Maybe its a subconscious thing though...

But anyway, he helps you out since the start, becomes a important part of your life and makes you feel like you can't live in this world without him

The worst thing about this is you not even being able to point your finger at him

He is literally a Disney Princess so what do you expect? Your mind getting the memo? Haha no.

So the process of your relationship might seem normal but in truth it's you just feeling completely helpless

Maybe not everyone who tames birds like handing out lollipops is a trustworthy person...

But at least you will live comfortably

But umm... could you please let go of his hand? You are a bit too attached... No? Why? Why should he abandon you otherwise??!

  ALRIGT PART 2 O EGG DOCTOR WHO S11 TALK 

ONE thing i mut ay aout this sseaosn is that... i know theres another episode  to come,  (witchinders? witchhunters?) that’s history-based, but thus far? taking into account pretty  much everything, in new who: these history episodes have been... some of my FAVOURITE, and i know thats just. Rosa and Demons of Punjab but thwere’s something so... distinct about them?

what i think honestly.... again- i will sya, along wit the episodes, im also listening to the Run fancast in between to try and gather my thoughts- is that as Travis succinctly put it at some point or other... its bc theyre not using hsitory as flavour, and rather theyre taking the setting more into account, and considering its stakes.  

AND THERE ARE DEFFO OTHER EPISODES THAT DO THAT like, the only fires of pompeii,  and human nature / family of blood   and aguably  vincent and the doctor, - and lo and behold, those are also  some of my most favourite episodes, especially in comparison to other history episodes. and i think.. its EXACLTY because of the fact theyre, like, not being fun and cavalier with the handling of, like, the past in like a . this is just!!!!! flavour!! this is just colour but heyre also showing.... some horribl consequences and actually integrating it into the pisode, if that makes? literally any sense whatseoever.

LIKE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY. nothing wrong with simply having them go back in time, for a cool kinda vibe but it always feels such a shame to not... exploit that? AND - you know, as i think about it.. i do sometimes wonder, like? man, do they even GO back in timee that much bc like. sometimes it feels like they never really do but . like man hmm. theres certain episodes where i think like- the snowmen (though i do adore victorian!clara, and have 10mil reason why he hsould have been the companion) and that vampires of venice and deep breath and  et ceterea, et cetera and thoe are all. FINE episodes (with a capital F, i n and e) but like rally i think. they could, with tweaks, be taken from their context and be put somewher else  without much loss

whereass......  the historical element is much more integrated and i dont think. given some nuances you could take it ou, and maybe that motly bc and- also, okay! elephant in the room, but... fuckn....again, thoe god damn mother fucker fan alway bitch about how thi season is “too pc” and all that bollocks,but rosa and d.o.p? are both the BEST episodes of this season so far imo-  and  okay.. i was admittedly WORRIED when i heard dw wa like. going into some of those subjects- and its not bc  i dont WANT it to, im fine with it, but i was worried it wouldnt handle them delicately which would be a massie. unignorable thing for me but they did it  and............ they showed racism, man.

like . i always kind of. hate that part in the shakespeare code where hess like @ martha “just dont worry bout it” because that. okay thats already such an insensitive thing to asay but like. listen it jut makes u realise that.... like.. they dont touch upon that stuff- and PART O ME ALWAYS IS LIKE. LIKE. fine dw is like a show that just isnt built for that conversation- and thats fine, sometimes thats the case, and its inappropriate and should be reserved for much btter platforms to facilitate what needs to be said- but.. LIKE. AH I SO HARD TO DESCIBE BC . im torn on whether i want tosee that myself, bc its definitely not right to turn a blind eye bu .. LISTEN.

POINT IS, I THINK. like they did it w.. like they explored actual history well, and the actualhumanity of people in those situations rather than merely passing through and the struggles ppl went through at certain times and i can respect that shit and like. honestly demons of punjab too like... im not...likefuckn england man. shitshow coutnry. im fucking happy, even if the cunts hated that shit, that they SHOWED even some insight to that given. this fuckn cuntry you know. lol. you know how th

AND WHAT I MEAN BY THAT, IS- is like... i already mentioned: i dont think theyre exploring the doctor enough a they should, and i know its more companion based which is good but we can definitely have both and... I DONT ALWAYS AGREE WITH .. TRAV&TYBEE FROM THE FANCAST BUT WHA. again they discussed was about how- she really isnt.. GETTING the opportunities she deserves, and she isnt really existing as the doctor and shes smart and shes capable but it feels like theyre reeling her authority in which is weird- and its weird - and....

many of the episodes thus far have also felt. Kinda eh!   LIKE. OKAY. BY FAR... MY LEAST FAVOURITE WAS TSURANGA CONUNDRUM.  WHICH I DIDNT LIKE ON MANY LEVELS. but eh a lotof them are just FINE and even rosa&d.o.p... like- though unconventional, and though they did push the boat out into new ground in terms of like. “before this we usually just ignore race, and go into the show colourblind” (not ignoring bill, bcause quite clearly that was always a topic with her, but ... in terms of a more indepth llook into the problem becausewhilst, yes, the doctor fucking clocking a racist for bill was indeed  satisfying im always a little iffy on whether that really did do anything, exct serve as a HELL YEAH PUNCH racists, which is- WHICH IS GOOD AND IM GOING ON A LONG TANGENT HERE, but i dont think it reallyactually talks, or offers any conversation on the topic, and is shallow in a weird way and idkif it should be applauded as much as it is esp. as it like... fuckn white man doing it still??)   BUT ANYWAYS ALTHOUGH THOSE DID . KINDA PUSH IT IN TERMS OF DCOTOR WHO ON THAT, IM WONDERING A LITTLE ... like..

in terms of , like, what makes docto who doctor who? not a lt has been... very standout, and there hasnt been. any REMARKABLE... decision or cnsequence, thats fuckn haunting and. although very much, those two episodes especially are a good look into some aspects of humanity i uess, i dont think theres ever any... LIKE WHAT DOCTOR WHO USUALLY DOES UIE WELL, IS ISS CAMPY AND ITS FUCKN  . KINDA WEIRD BUt it does... LIKE IM THINKING BAST BELOW, whilst thats a controvesial episode i think in terms of its quality i personally always liked it bc its so. quintessential of doctor who where its . REAL SIMPLE but it is.... its such a . decision to make in terms of morality, and thats- LIKE, THE DOCTOR HERSELF HASNT HAD HER CHANCE! LIKE ITS ALL BOILT DOWN T THAT SITUATION OFF THEM NOT... GIVING HER THE MOMENTS SHE DESERVES,,,,

 and theres also very itte. fun and cool time stuff going on and the sci fi is very lacking and. LIKE AGAIN, IT DOSNT FEEL LIKE DOCTOR WHO- AND THAS FINE... EP1 had te champion guy, who was functional but nothing too remarkablee... epi 2 arguably didnt even have a villain at all... epi 3/’s villain was  one note, and thats sth else i could get into,  but  dont consider him iconic (but i guess that was due to again the context... epi 4  was . spidters. yuh. and epi 5 was  that and epi 6 was . yEAH AND

THAT COULLD HAVE BEEN A GOOD VILLAIN I IT WASNT FOR THAT DESIGN (and this actually. seeing as ive brought up that ancast i listen to a lot, i will say i have to oppose both trav&tyb for their opinion of th ,. bECAUSSSE I CANT) LIKE. ITS JUST  A FUCKN GREMLIN LIKE-  consider the alternativ,e the worse part o this episode, and the . dude whos pregnant thing oay just cut that out entirely bc thats totally detached from everything thats going on and was such a very clarly shoehorned in way to like thro w a wrecnh in the works. I think I would definitely date The8. He’s so sweet and funny and kind and I think we would get along really well. While I’m very close in age to both of them (a year younger than The8 and a year older than Sanha) I think Sanha is a little too immature for me right now? If you asked me in a few years I’m not sure if I would change my mind. But Minghao would be an amazing boyfriend.
