dr. purgatory is rarely aloud outside but on the off chance he dose he makes deliverys though the hero clients don’t like him very much the villian ones seem to like and repect him more 

3.6.3 is liked by both the hero and villians most the heros like him because they feel bad that he can’t hug anyone the villians like the fact that his hugs are deadly

glitchmentia is acutally sent out on delivers as well some times she delivers anything todo with computers she’s loved by villians but heros are scared of her because she could pretend to be the ring girl

Why is Glitchmentia glitching?

because the accident in the lab

neutral hat and dr. purgatory were using their powers to try and make the girl sane but an explosion in the lab caused computers and other tech related things blew up 

and the aftermath of that turned her into a glitch girl

this gave her ablties like the ring girl she can jump into any machine with a screen
