I like to think that my Sole Survivor roams around the commonwealth with Preston, Cait and Maccready (+dogmeat of course). With Cait and Mac having Preston's obsession with settlement a running gag with the group and Sole always has to scold the two to not bully Preston too much

in other words I'm making these three found family w/ sibling dynamics your honor 👐🏼

writing/description of my hand headcanons

from up to down

Curie out of all the other hands is the most petite and most tiny one outta the bunch (well hopefully I drew it like that and got all the measurements right-). The shape of her hand is very slender while she also has long vertical clean nails she really does try her best to keep her new body clean and pristine as she possibly could. Her hands are probably the most soft and squishy out of all the companions also leaves a nice smell every time she'd hold your hand.

Danse HAS the hands of a man that'll fight the war and build a house for you all at the same time. Opposing to Curie, Danse has the biggest hand of the batch of hands I've drawn (well after Strongs of course)He has some boxy shaped nails is very hairy and has those bulging muscular veins. It's often you'd find a bits of dust, dirt and cuts on his hand but those were mostly received whenever he's tinkering

X6-88 has bony knuckles long sleek fingers but they aren't skinny his hand size is also pretty average. There isn't much to say with his hands he keeps them clean just like Curie but it's mostly a protocol for him to clean himself so he won't entrial any germs whenever he goes back to the institute

Decon...I actually can't come up with a description for Deacons, he modifies his body so his hands probably change a lot as well that also maybe because I'm a bit salty after accidentally ruining the drawing process for myself so I couldn't really give much personality with his hands.

finished with this batch of hands for the day added some of my own creative liberties/headcanons of my Fav companions hands

also tried to add my own descriptions for them. I'm not good with writing but have an attempt of it xD

Maccreedy has very long skinny, veiny and bony hands with very unkept nails especially on his pinky if you were to ever hold his hand you'd feel the rough texture of his hands covered in dirt,soot and gun powder (your hand would also probably be laced with the same filth after you held his hand so you better wash it whenever you're about to eat lol)

Cait has blocky hands the texture of it also very rough she's very pale so the redness and bruise on her knuckles always stands out. Her nails is similar to RJ's being unkept and filled with dirt but they're not as long since she has a habit of biting her nails all the time.

for Preston was contemplating whether or not I wanted to draw him with or without his glove but I wanted to try my best with visual storytelling. He wears his gloves most of the time and compared to the other two he actually cares for the hygiene of his nails if given the chance. His hand is big and blocky and although it may be filled with scars and blisters but they're very much soft to hold onto
