In this video, we address a claim about mesh backed glass and mirrors.  The claim is that the mesh backing was showing through the glass and mirror after installation. I ordering samples, setting them myself, and testing different installation methods to determine if it was an installation error or product defect. Through this process, we demonstrate the importance of flattening the ridges on glass tiles and back buttering to ensure proper coverage. We also show how using a beating block or grout float can achieve the proper bedding for your tile. The final result is a seamless and flawless installation without any visual signs of mesh through the tile.
