ooooo on one hand I want to say yes because the Drama and the Mystery of it all but on the other hand... Stan has no reason to do that. Like, so sorry to Stan, but you can't say he'd preserve the room "out of respect for the original owner" or something because he's already stolen the dude's identity and house. Stan doesn't know who this Stanford guy is but his stuff is now Stan's stuff lol.
