Had she been human? He would let her go right on ahead and get pounded into paste...but she was a fellow animatronic and though he was not too fond of his new neighbours, his hunt was not for them...

Besides...she looked like someone he feels he once knew. A bird. Much like her. Someone he had felt was missing since his Circus Baby Pizza World days.

        “ michael -- ? zach? “ shit. he was definitely lost right now . probably not the best thing to be when there might be security roaming around this part of the mall huh? especially when he and his pals snuck in to begin with. he’d been doing a fine job slipping past the security bots, dipping through corners and hiding behind things in areas where they were scouring really hard. but -- somehow during all this time, none of them had encountered a single animatronic. tyler had to admit he was a little bummed, but after a while he’d just gone with it, assuming he wasn’t going to be seeing bonnie tonight. 

        he had made it to a fairly open part of the pizza plex, turning around a few times to get his bearings. man, what was this place so huge for? michael’s dad had no business making a place this huge in the middle of utah if he was being honest .. but then again, it gave them something to do tonight didn’t it? without it, they might’ve just spent the night messing around playing video games or something .. this was a lot more fun! ... even if he was still lost. 

       a noise alerts tyler’s gaze to the left. well then, so much for the theory that the animatronics were off for the night. he stared quietly at chica for a few moments, trying to figure out what she’d do. would she set off the alarms? would security just .. instantly show up now that she saw him? “ ... uh ... “ yeah, great opener there, tyler -- you definitely don’t sound suspicious with that one.

          the  gentleness  of  her  hand  catches  him  off  guard  at  first,  the  animatronic  alligator  genuinely  rendered  SILENT  at  the  miniscule  action.  montgomery  is  never  regarded  with  softness  ;  the  two  concepts  never  being  able  to  co - exist  peacefully.   he  was  dangerous,  canktankerous  —  UNPREDICTABLE.  why  was  she  so  gentle  with  him  ?  when  had  he  ever  showed  he  deserved  such  ?  

          the  animatronic  hesitates  if  only  for  a  moment  before  the  claws  slotted  between  chica’s  tighten,  grounding  himself  in  the  moment  with  her.  they’re  here,  and  there’s  nothing  to  get  angry  about  —  nothing  to  WORRY  about  anymore.  she’s  here  with  him  and  he  is  safe.

          a  noise  simulating  a  HUFF  of  air  leaves  the  gator,  despite  not  even  needing  it whatsoever.  ❝  thank  you,  ❞  it  sounds  almost  pained,  optics  flinkering  beneath  of  the  star - shades  and  now  avoiding  her  gaze.  he  can’t  look  at  her,  but  the  vice  grip  on  the  chicken’s  hand  should  say  more  than  words  ever  could.  ❝  fer ‘  bein ‘  here  and  everything,  ma  poulette.  ❞  the  gator  leans  down  to  nuzzle  against  her,  a  purr  bellowing  deep  within  montgomery’s  chest  cavity.  ❝  just  stay  fer ‘  a  bit  longer,  yeah  ?  ❞

          there’s  an  eerie  stillness  that  settles  over  kids  cove,  a  place  that  was  bursting  at  the  seams  just  a  few  hours  ago  with  livelihood  now  desolate  &  silent.  foxy  doesn’t  mind  it,  humming  some  shanty  that  rumbles  down  to  his  very  endo - skeleton  as  he  starts  to  clean  up  from  the  day’s  activies.  ❝  we  ought  to  teach  these  young  sailors  to  start  tidyin’  up  after  themselves.  ❞  the  pirate   fox  is  speaking  to  himself  —  though  not  for  LONG,  it  seems.  

          the  double  doors  creak  open,  almost  like  she  is  UNSURE  of  her  entrance.  ❝  ye’  come  to  grief  yer’  old  pal  captain  foxy  ?  ❞  though  it  is  not  said  with  any  sort  of  malice,  as  chica’s  presence  was  one  of  the  only  ones  he  could  still  tolerate.  never  was  malicious  intent  directed  towards  her  —  a  captain’s  softness,  or  something.  if  he  had  to  give  her  a  title,  chica  would  be  akin  to  his  quartermaster  on  the  ship.  his  right  hand.  or  would  it  be  hook  . . ?

          ❝  aye,  lass . . .  it’s  been  awhile,  hasn’t  it  ?  i’m  terribly  sorry  fer’  missin’  that  show  tonight,  but  this  old  seafox  has  much  tougher  waters  to  breach.  ❞  it  felt . . .  odd,  to  no  longer  be  up  on  that  stage  with  her.  with  them.  to  be  replaced  with  a  WOLF  of  all  things  !  her  name  was  so  similar  to  foxy’s  even,  only  to  stick  him  down  here  where  he  didn’t  belong,  as  if  he  hadn’t  existed  to  begin  with.  foxy  was  supposed  to  be  out  on  that  stage  with  HIS  friends.  ❝  i  have  missed  you,  mate.  ❞
