i love every wave of tumblr discovering that minecraft youtube has just been 90% insane fucking roleplays for the past decade. like hi new people from parkour civilisation. there’s literally hundreds of series you can check out now. have fun. everyone is equally insane about them and draws gorgeous renaissance art for them. they’re extremely addicting. i have not played minecraft in a decade but i am stuck watching these cubitos.

#like if you only know about mcyt bc of vaguely knowing the dsmp exists. one the dsmp is actually like that #it’s made by a shitty person yes but like it very much was similar just less edited lol people liked it for similar reasons #but also. this is just how mcyt is and has been at least since shadow of israphael. they just do this.#they’ve been doing it for decades. have fun with this fact! you will never escape #it’s really funny seeing people treat parkour civilisation as baffling when stuff like this has existed since I was a kid.#glad you have been introduced to peak (YouTubers writing insane machinima that makes you cry)
