I'm always amazed how Shakespeare, all those years ago, connected music with love. Hoo boy he was a genius. Anyways I'd really love to read clexa dancing but not in a 'in da club', back to front, grinding, sexy way (don't get me wrong I'm not complaining abt those type of scenes) but you don't often read abt them I guess kinda silly-dancing, just for giggles - letting go and jumping around. I think that would be more sexy. P.s. I'm listening to Ashley McBryde rn & getting huge southern au vibes.

oh man. imagine clarke and lexa dancing with their two year old!! clarke puts a silly song on or something really upbeat that they used to dance to before they were married, and lexa tries to keep a straight face, but gives in the moment clarke reaches out for her. and they dance out of rhythm, out of sync, just moving their bodies together, keeping their fingers intertwined. and then they glance down and find their toddler dancing in that way toddlers do - moving their diapered butt up and down, completely at random, arching their back, with their hands up in the air. and clarke wraps her arms around lexa’s waist and they both think they couldn’t possibly be any happier than they are right now i’m emotional

spoiler alert i guess but there’s gonna be a in da club back to front grinding scene in earning it back and i don’t know who’s gonna be more flustered about the whole thing, lexa or yours truly. 

AND!! ASHLEY MCBRYDE!!! i hadn’t listened to her things in forever and i just spent the last half hour jamming to her songs :’) it’s definitely the vibe i try to go for with everything in southern au aww
