Re: the request for hotdish advice in Prev’s tags— I left some thoughts in the tags, with the caveat that I am no experienced cook but I am familiar with casseroles (not hotdish in the case of my family, just casserole) at family gatherings. So I have some predictions.
I also bring another recipe of his that was featured in an article! lol. This one seems to have more solid stuff in it.
