Com isso, mais rápido pode ser o processo de emagrecimento. “Sem contar que os tipos de alimentos ingeridos na dieta promovem a saciedade e ajudam a perder peso, mas mantém os músculos, muito importantes para nós”, diz a endocrinologista Júlia Cabral, do Hospital Adventista Silvestre, no Rio de Janeiro. 

Couve, azeite, oleaginosas, café, chá verde e frutas vermelhas são outros exemplos de ingredientes com esses benefícios.

A Sirtfood é dividida em três fases, e dura três semanas. Na primeira delas, a pessoa só pode consumir 1000 calorias diárias, divididas em três sucos verdes e uma refeição. Na segunda, o número sobre para 1500 calorias por dia, divididas em duas refeições e dois sucos verdes. Na terceira semana, as calorias deixam de ser contadas, mas é preciso prezar um cardápio saudável com o máximo de itens que ativam a sirtuína. 

Vale lembrar que, apesar de variar de pessoa para pessoa, as recomendações a respeito da ingestão de calorias diárias costumam ser muito maiores que 1000. E nem é preciso lembrar que a restrição não é uma estratégia que funciona para todo mundo, não é mesmo? “Ela pode ser muito prejudicial para quem tem ansiedade, e até causar transtornos alimentares”, diz a nutricionista. 

Por isso, não é nada legal adotá-la sem um acompanhamento profissional. “É preciso entender que cada indivíduo tem uma tolerância diferente. E não quer dizer que se a Adele emagreceu 45 quilos, qualquer um que faça a dieta também vai”, aconselha Júlia Cabral.

Por que não prestar mais atenção nos alimentos que a Sirtfood incentiva do que propriamente na restrição calórica? Eles, com certeza, só têm benefícios:

  Drake just hit the double three! And he’s living it up to the fullest with his homies.

The Young Money rapper kicked off his birthday week, hitting up Poppy nightclub in L.A. on Monday where his former homie-lover-friend Rihanna came out to celebrate. He chilled on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday, he linked up with his celeb friends Future, Chris Brown, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Frenahc Motana, Adele, Kylie Jenner, and Larsa Pippen at Goya Studios for a 1920s mob gangster-themed bash.

We wonder what that run in with Future & Larsa was like.

Everybody didn't get the memo apparently.

Sources on the scene told E! News each guest was given a bracelet that said “The 6th Family” as they entered the venue.

"Inside the dimly lit soundstage a DJ was spinning music and a casino area was set up with a Tangiers sign," the insider told E! News. "There were mafia references everywhere with lights that said 'Bada Bing, 6th Family' and a photo backdrop with 'Usual Suspects' written on it."

"There were poker tables, slot machines and casino games along with a huge dessert bar filled with cannolis," the source added. "They had a big movie screen playing mob movies in the background as well."

The 6 God reportedly pulled up to the party with several of his guy friends.

"He seemed happy and relaxed as he entered," the insider shares. "Kylie was with her friend Stassie. They danced and had some laughs together while sitting on a sofa. French Montana was dressed up as Scarface and arrived with a diamond bracelet for Drake that he said was worth $75,000."

Drizzy was even showered with gifts. French Montana laced him with a super icy bracelet:

A birthday cake with "a reference to the horse head scene in The Godfather” was brought out during the festivities.  "Everyone sang 'Happy Birthday' to Drake and then went back to dancing," the source noted.
