So, I read tow lovely comments this week and saw someone was kind enough to give me a shout out on Tumblr. So... A quick epilouge piece?
A quick epilouge piece! Comment on this, dammit.
***
In the really, really far future...
Caline M. Bourgeois, age 13, stood in the wings of the Francois Dupont auditorium and wrung her hands as the act in front of her finished up. Olive was twirling the crap out of that baton and the blacklight admittedly looked awesome, but she was winding down and that meant Caline was next.
‘Fuck,’ she thought to herself.
She was in a white dress with some (but not too much) frill, accented with two bows holding her sandy blonde hair back in a ponytail. One bow was red, the other yellow. She didn’t want two bows, but her mother insisted this was the best way to keep the peace.
Caline glanced into the audience from where she was hiding, and sure enough, the whole Goddamn family was there. Grandpa, all three Grammas, dad with his phone ready to go, Aunt Emilie, Aunt Camille…
And an empty seat.
Caline frowned and felt her stomach start to knot up. Olive was bowing as the audience politely clapped. Behind her, two stagehands were wheeling out the beat-up school piano for Caline’s performance.
“She didn’t come,” Caline said.
She felt something rustle in the frills on her shoulder.
“Aw shucks, girly,” a voice with a thick, southern drawl said. “Y’all just need ta have some faith. Yer mama may be a bit flighty, but that dere woman ain’t one ta miss her own kin’s recital. No ma’am. She’ll be here. Y’all see.”
Caline smiled and patted the tiny lump hiding in her frills. “Thanks, Ziggy. But,” She looked again at the empty chair. “She’s not here.”
Ziggy popped his head out and patted Caline on the shoulder. “She will be. Jus’ give her time.”
“But I’m going on now!” Caline said, slightly panicked. Out on stage, Ms. Beauréal was going on ad nauseam about how hard the students had worked for the talent show this year, and how excited she was to introduce the next performer. “Ziggy, what do I do?”
“Ya get out there and ya play fer everyone, of course. Yall gonna let yer dad and yer grammas and grampa down?”
Caline bit her lip. Of course the whole family was there. Of course dad was recording. Of course this had to happen today.
“She knew this was important to me, Ziggs. She knew.” Caline muttered as she walked on stage. From the audience, she heard two voices cheering for her.
“Go Caline!” The first one cheered.
“You’re gonna do great! Gramma loves you!” The second one chimed in.
“I love you more!” The first voice said.
“I love you most!” The second one screamed.
There were sounds of a scuffle. Caline ignored them and turned to face the audience. Her eyes drifted to the empty chair…
And sitting there was a woman with short, light brown hair and glasses. She had her phone out to film, and she was waving.
Caline’s eyes went wide. “Mom?” She asked under her breath.
Beside her mom, Caline’s father looked practically spooked. At least one of her Grandmas was frowning and had her arms crossed while her Grandpa was busy laughing into his shoulder. He was doing his best to cover it with a cough.
Caline smiled.
“Toldja,” her shoulder whispered.
***
Out in the audience, Caline’s mom grinned as she watched her daughter being playing Nocturne No. 2 by Chopin. Caline had worked for two months with her Grandpa on the piece, and the dedication had paid off.
It didn’t hurt that Adrien was a good teacher.
“Where were you?” Marinette quietly hissed beside her daughter.
“Work,” Gina whispered back. Her eyes never left Caline as she played.
“You were almost late,” Marinette growled. “How can you of all people be late?”
“But I wasn’t,” Gina rebuffed. “And she saw me. You think I’d miss today?”
Gina didn’t have to turn her head to see the glare her mother was shooting her. She could feel it.
Gina felt a hand squeeze her shoulder. She glanced back to see Aunt Chloé smiling at her. “Ignore your mother. She’s just mad because she lost a bet.”
At that, Gina did look to her mother. “You bet I wouldn’t be here?”
Marinette blushed and crossed her arms. She turned her attention to her granddaughter on stage. “When they closed the doors, I might have been overly upset.”
Gina nudged her. “Hey, it’s me.”
“I know,” Marinette sighed.
“Shh!” Sabrina shushed them both from behind. “I’m trying to enjoy my granddaughter’s performance!”
They shut up.
Caline had barely finished up when Marinette and Chloé both rocketed to their feet, cheering and applauding wildly. Caline visibly recoiled on stage from the outpouring she was receiving from her grandmothers, but she was still smiling. Mainly because beside Gramma Marinette, her mother was also standing and applauding louder than everyone else put together. She was cheering and whistling and making a scene, and Caline was 100% loving it.
Afterwards, once the other nineteen acts were done (Aurore refused to cut any students that wanted to be on stage. Something about it not being right to deny a student their moment in the spotlight), The family group headed out for a walk by the Seine to grab some dinner and gush about the performance. All three grandmothers had argued over where to eat, but André settled things quickly by loudly asking Caline what she wanted.
So, chilidogs it was.
“Hey,” Gina said as she took a large bite. “You did great up there, sweetie. I am so, so proud of you, you don’t even know.”
Caline blushed and grinned. “Thanks. Um, hey. So, like, where were you? I didn’t think you were coming.” Her eyes drifted to Gina’s green blouse. “Um, there’s some blood on your collar.”
Gina’s smile fell a bit. “Work was a bit much tonight. Sorry about that, but I was doing my best to make sure of things. I, um, I panicked and got the time slightly wrong. Otherwise I would have been in my seat sooner. Sorry.”
Marinette’s eyebrow went up at that. “What things, exactly? Is everything okay?”
Gina nodded. “Everything is fine. Nothing interrupted the recital, and nothing is going to interrupt our dinner. We all get a nice, normal, uneventful evening to ourselves.”
Marinette was the first to catch on. “How many times did you have to go back?” She asked.
“Seven,” Gina fired right back. “It took me over four hours to figure everything out. There were gonna be two akumas tonight, and don’t get me started on the werewolf.”
“Werewolf?” Caline asked.
“There wolf,” Gina quickly replied. “Seriously, how does Aunt Alix do this?”
The group went quiet.
Gina quickly read the room. “Sorry. I know that’s a sore… Look, I know it’s weird, but I’ve honestly seen more of her since she died than I ever did before. It’s nuts in the Burrow. She was super active with monitoring time. In fact, I’m pretty sure she lived in there. Like, right before I got to the school, I ran into her.”
Adrien bit his hip. “Is she okay? Was she okay? Geez, I don’t know what the best wording is for this.”
“She was good. She was in her PJ’s and brushing her teeth. I think she’d been sleeping in a side portal again. Oh,” Gina turned to Marinette. “She also told me to tell you not to worry about your appointment next week and that it’s just a clump of fat cells. You’re okay.”
Chloé laughed a little while Marinette blushed and smirked. “That sounds like her,” the bluenette said. “But did you have to say that in front of everyone?”
Gina shrugged. “You wanna drag me for my punctuality in front of my daughter again?”
Marinette glanced at her daughter. “Touché.”
“I’m just glad you came,” Caline said. “It meant so much.”
Gina smiled and kissed her daughter on the head. “I know, sweetie.” She glanced to her husband and smiled. “I wouldn’t miss tonight for the world.”
***
Later that night, after Caline had been put to bed, Gina snuck out to the patio for a moment and slipped into a waiting portal.
“Sup, kiddo.” Alix called out from the center of the Burrow. She was transformed and kicked back in a recliner. Even though her hair had long since gone from pink to red to silver, she looked as feisty as ever. She was slurping down a smoothie and swiping through floating ovals, each showing a different moment in time. “You make it on time?”
“Would you please explain to me how the wall clock in the center of time itself is six minutes slow?” Gina huffed. She gestured to a clock floating in the void. “Seriously! I was almost late!”
“But you weren’t,” Alix pointed out. “Look, changing it means going all the way over there and taking it down and fiddling with it, and that’s just a lot of work. I’ve just gotten used to the difference, you know? And if I did it now, then that would completely mess me up going forward. I mean, I’d look at it and be off by six minutes. Screw that.” She slurped her drink.
Gina shook her head and sighed. “You were more tolerable before you died.”
“Which time?” Alix asked with a grin. “Thank you again, by the way. You’re really not supposed to redo things that often, but I do prefer being alive to dead, so no complaints.”
Gina smirked as she stood beside her favorite aunt and watched the portals with her.
“Thanks for your help tonight,” Alix said casually.
“It’s my job,” Gina replied. “You know I won’t say no.”
Alix glanced to her. “You ever get upset that I, um, that you got drafted into all this?”
Gina didn’t answer for a moment. She crossed her arms and settled in place as she thought.
“I used to think being Ladybug was the hardest of our jobs,” Gina said. She glanced to Alix. “I was so wrong.”
“Well, regardless? I’m proud of you, Gina. I always have been.” She considered Gina for a moment. “Hey, I’ve got tonight, okay? Go spend some time with your family.”
“Oh, did you see the recital?” Gina asked.
Alix smiled and swiped the portal in front of her. An image of Caline appeared as she sat at the piano. “You think I’d miss it?”
Gina smiled at her aunt and patted her on the shoulder. “Try not to stay up too late, okay?” She leaned over and kissed her on the cheek. “Love you, Aunt Alix. Please get some rest. Please?”
“Psssh,” Alix said as she waved her off. “Get out of here. I’ll give you a holler if anything pops up. Promise.”
Gina smiled and turned to leave. Someday, she’d have to tell this version of Alix that her version, the one that had… That wasn’t here anymore, preferred electric blue slushies, not cherry. Still, it was sweet of her to keep popping in and pretending.
Gina wasn’t sure what timeline this Alix was even from, but it didn’t matter. They were all her Aunt, after all.
Gina stopped at the entrance to her portal and glanced back to the woman who was casually kicked back in the recliner, a familiar ghost that if Gina squinted, was enough to help her to forget for a while.
“Good night, Bunnyx,” Gina called out.
“G’night, Time Bandit,” Alix called back. She toasted her with the half-finished slushie.
Smiling, Gina slipped through the portal, and back to home.

The Sword of Light
Z: Obviously this is mostly a recap, but there is some pertinent information, most of which we already could infer, even if I didn't. Seems like Yoko's testimony plus Yuka's research on Celebro has probably allowed STORAGE to be absolved. Except Hebikura no doubt, also of you somehow doubted the Dark Z Riser had been destroyed it's confirmed here. So we now know Celebro's actions were all in aid of causing humanity to create a weapon that would then destroy earth, so most of his actions were to encourage the creation of increasingly dangerous weapons. He created Erimaki-Telesdon to test Windom, he drew out King Joe so STORAGE would adapt it. He had nothing to do with the development of D4 as far as we know, didn't even bring out Barabas. The major new information is that Celebro is responsible to Grigio Raiden landing on earth 10 years ago, my presumption therefore is that it was the ultimate weapon created on another world he destroyed.
The Absolute Conspiracy: Now in the third part of Chapter 2, we move close to the "present" of the M78 timeline, Zero explaining the change of Belial and Tregear's fates splintered the timeline. On Planet Golgotha, the Ultra 6 Brothers confront Guar Army generals Juda and Mold, who we saw were part of Tartarus' army. Evidently, to Taro's confusion, the pair were taken out of the timeline before the events of Ultra Fight Victory and X, and as Ultraman, Jack and Zoffy fight Mold, he demands to face the Andro Super Warriors, making Zoffy realise they're from the past. Taro, Ace and Seven face Juda, and both fights are very evenly matched. It's a good thing Gina wasn't there. The brothers give Taro their power to use the Cosmo Miracle Ray in them, the brothers die calling on Gina to avenge them. Another portal opens, and Belial and Tregear emerge, Zoffy realising the two have come from branched timelines. Belial faves the elder brothers, and Tregear the younger, demonstrating Tartarus has given them great power. The mention of Absolutions is noticed by Zoffy, right before two days defeat the Brothers, but Zero leaps right in. He recognises Belial, and faces the pair, doing okay until Tartarus arrives, defeating him swiftly, he takes his allies to The Kingdom. After the fact, Father of Ultra, Zoffy, 80, Mother of Ultra and Taro discuss Tartarus, and decide on the need for a special team to form to deal with the threat, Zero is charged with assembling such a team, given his ability to cross universes. The presence of his Ultra Zero Mantle places this most likely after Z & Zero voice drama and before Z.
Saber: It's the Geed Cameo episode everyone! Tassel only knows the story is going to be evolving thanks to his friend the hooded man. The Megiddo need a new plan, and Reika believes with Caliber gone Touma is the person so lead them to the Sword of Light. Everyone at Northern Base is trying to move forward, Touma remembers what Caliber said but is sure he can trust everyone. Various people can now see Wonder World in the sky after being in the vicinity of the open gate, which gives the Megiddo another avenue. Reika attempts to recruit Touma to Southern Base, he refuses. Something is obviously up with Reika and Southern Base, but it's hard to work out what. Touma told Mei what Kamijo told him. Luna evidently knew Touma was important when they first met. Reika sows seeds of doubt in the Northern Base members, while she's actually the one who captured Sophia. The information given to Touma by Kamijo, combined with the manipulation of Reika, causes the other Swordsmen to turn on Touma, it does make sense Ren would be the first to act as well, and Rintaro's personal feelings towards Sword of Logos would make him refuse to listen to the idea anyone within is a traitor. And certainly, none of the Swordsmen of the Northern Base is the problem. Sophia could be, technically, but it's obvious they're part of Southern Base in reality, or the whole lot of them. After only observing since he gave King of Arthur to Touma, Yuri finally takes part, revealing the book Kin no Buki, Gin no Buki, he transforms into the sword Saikou, as Reika wanted, and takes down the Riders. And now Megiddo are born from implanting an Alter Book into a person who can see Wonder World.
Kiramager: So, turns out not even Yodonna has ever met Yodon, curious, he only communicates with her via Dark Changer, but Crunchula, now 4/5 of his whole, self, got some discipline from him. Okay, but Yodonna splitting Sena by accident is hilarious, the splitting of personality seems a little uneven to me. Hakobu this time escapes rather than being used by Yodonna and Garza again to get to Atamald. I mean we can already see where this is going with Sena 5 being separate, the other one will get in over her head because she doesn't consider the drawbacks. Okay but that beach scene was absolutely framed as like a lovers reunion, twice. Okay, so the revelation about Yodonna, I was actually wondering about that after last time. Her total lack of awareness is... interesting.

Every day of Black History Month and Women’s History Month, we will be highlighting over 50 superb films by black women directors from different countries, eras, and industries. This is a new collection of essential screen achievements by noted masters, exciting newcomers, and underappreciated talents. Here are the first 10 selections:
Alma’s Rainbow (Ayoka Chenzira, 1994): A fractious matriarchy of fiercely independent Brooklynites — including a buttoned-up beautician, her bohemian sister, and her starry-eyed daughter — takes precedence in this comedy where each interaction crackles and every character shines.
Belle (Amma Asante, 2013): Asante sheds light on a peculiar historical case, puncturing the British aristocracy’s cold and sumptuous veneer with the hard-edged nuances of racial and gender inequity. As the heroine, Gugu Mbatha-Raw illumines a defiant spirit with prismatic purity.
Beyond the Lights (Gina Prince-Bythewood, 2014): A deeply-felt, perfectly-acted romantic and maternal melodrama that restores the genre to its rightful place in American film. Here, love is a meeting of two world-weary souls and a path to discerning — and defending — one’s worth.
Chisholm ‘72: Unbought & Unbossed (Shola Lynch, 2004): With a wealth of archival footage and clearsighted interviews, Lynch draws back the curtain on our electoral system and pays effervescent tribute to Shirley Chisholm, who dreamt the impossible dream and dared to make it real.
Commandment Keeper Church, Beaufort South Carolina, May 1940 (Zora Neale Hurston, 1940): Count ethnographic filmmaker among the many careers Hurston held during her groundbreaking life. Here, she films Gullah worshipers and sermonizers with a style both engaged and engaging, ensuring that time will not erase them.
The Cruz Brothers and Miss Malloy (Kathleen Collins, 1980): Before Losing Ground, Collins set her sights on this tale of three Nuyorican orphans whose path crosses with a dying widow’s. A magical and mysterious film that touches gently, like the breeze brushing the tops of trees.
Cycles (Zeinabu irene Davis, 1989): Davis mixes media, draws on Yoruba traditions, and blurs the real and the imagined in this triumph of ecstatic experimentation, centered around a woman who rigorously purifies her home and body in the hopes of bringing about her overdue period.
Daughters of the Dust (Julie Dash, 1991): A lost world unearthed, its faces and places made present in a film so full of wisdom, splendor, and feeling that it eradicates the flatness of the screen. Dash created a landmark but also a sublime dream of what cinema can and should be.
Down in the Delta (Maya Angelou, 1998): Alfre Woodard is funny, flinty, and full-hearted as a single mom and struggling addict starting anew with estranged Mississippi kin. In Angelou’s only film, life is a forward march and family a time-honored bond both fragile and fortifying.
A Dream is What You Wake Up From (Carolyn Y. Johnson, 1978): Even as this incisive docudrama confounds the border between reality and fiction, its ideas about gender imbalance and the societal prejudice that locks black families outside of the American dream remain crystal-clear.

Malcolm awoke with his head pounding and his back aching, He yawned and stretched and quickly got dressed for work sneaking down the stairs trying not to wake the kids... When Malcolm saw the flash of red hair lying on the couch he froze and backed up slowely... He hadnt even noticed the toy antell he tripped over it he didnt fall of course but it was loud enough to wake her up..
Gina sat up and saw Malcolm, Her eyes began to tear up as she leaped from the couch and hugged him..
Malcolm!! She cried as she squished him...
Gina??? Malcolm was confused and quickly running out of air... Sis i cant breath..
Oh sorry.. She stepped back a few stepps.
How did you get here? Malcolm asked trying to catch his breath..
I snuck out of Vlads house while he was away on business, I had to see you.. Snow called me and told me you wore sick..
Snow?? oh goodness she cant keep a secret can she.. Malcolm frowned.
Well i am one of the few Vampires she knows.. it is kind of a thing to tell one’s next of kin when they arent doing so hot.. Gina crossed her arms and frowned right back and Malcolm.
i’m fine sis really its nothing... Malcolm stated as he smiled..
Gina could tell it was fake it was just to obvious, She poked him in the ribs.. Malcolm Cringed.. it wasnt suppose to hurt but it did and he couldnt hide it..
Ya sure you look completely fine to me.. Look little brother you have what dad had dont you?? Gina asked firmly..
Malcolm hesitated but then sighed.. Yes.. i think so, Atleast it reminds me of what he went through...
Gina pulled Malcolm into a hug as her eyes teared up again... There Father had died from some kind of disease they had no idea what it was.. But the doctors had told there mother that it could be passed down a generation... His last days are something Gina would never forget...
We will figure this out bubba, i promise... Gina said that as she held her little brother close and listened to his odd breathing...

observations so far:
there a probably multiple traitors (whether they know the others are traitors is yet to be determined) because so far it’s hard to see ONE PERSON who would betray tommy that knows everything
mosley knew about michael (which club he frequents in detroit, how he was the one who lost all the money, and how he got married)
mosley knew about arthur (how linda is thinking of leaving him)
mosley knew about tommy’s horse named dangerous (ada picked up on this too but he just ignored her)
mosley made the dead journalist thing go away
the dead journalist was shot by people who were purposely looked like peaky blidners (but apparently weren’t them)
the billy boys crucified bonnie at their camp (which only johnny dogs and his kin knew the location of)
the billy boys also presumably set up the cross at the arrow house
the billy boys also wear peaky hats
some theories:
lizzie could be one of the traitors? ACK sorry i KNOW I KNOW but she knew about dangerous, she would’ve known when tommy would be asleep so the billy boys could set up the cross in a location that tommy would’ve noticed, she was staying at arthur’s house with rose when tommy find the crucifix (maybe because she didn’t want to be home if he died?), and she is talking to linda about her relationship with arthur. it gets kinda rocky with motive though. ik she was upset that tommy couldn’t keep promises, but she also said she “chose this life” so idk. i rlly hope it’s not her cuz that type of betrayal would literally kill tommy lol.
we all think gina might be one so i’m not even gonna explain. it pans out though.
johnny dogs is also a possible candidate. he knew were aberama and bonnie were camped, he would’ve known where to place the crucifix, and he also could’ve suggested some clothes to wear to make the billy boys look like peaky boys. BUT, no motive.
the only person who knows about the journalist is tommy’s assistant in parliament so idk mosley coulda just asked him about it idk if it makes him a traitor
i’m rewatching series 5 of peaky blinders because i WILL find out who this fucking traitor is okay????

When all were on the sidewalk, Delilah and her hench-women looked the way J.P. Morgan and his henchmen looked in an old black and white photo showing them standing outside and J.P. Morgan is turned around, with an angry look on his face. Though Delilah was not exactly cross at all; she was very happy that she would finally overthrow her useless boyfriend, who was always cheating on and being condescending to her and never pleased her in bed anyway. She now got al her pleasure from her new man, James. “All right, ladies. This is it.” She smiled as she and her entourage walked mafia style into the building.
Meanwhile, Jenny was in the boardroom of City Hall as she looked out of the floor-to-celing window at Empire City. She had her hands in a hand steeple “Godfather” style, awaiting her kin. To her left and right, were the city officials accompanying her. The clock read ten o’clock, just as Delilah and her hench-women entered. The city official who interogated Herodia a few weeks back recongnized her instantly; Herodia also recognized him. There was a sudden chemistry between them, though one could never tell, foe he had on deep black sunglasses. Neither one though the other one could look so sexy. Jenny sensed that her half sister was there when she heard the two suitcases being placed on the table.
“Ah, sister dearest.” She said, the back of her big, black chair still turned to her guests. “Welcome.” Delilah said, “Grazie.” “I have an offer that you want to refuse.” Jenny answered, “Oh? And waht is this... offer you have for moi?” She turned to her left at LaShonda, who opened the briefcase she was holding in her hands. “Five hundred million dollars.” Said Delilah as LaShonda opened the suitcase up. Jenny laughed, as did the city officials when she said this. To Herodia, it was such a big turn on to see that city official smile; he even cocked her eyebrow up at her, which made her flush as her pelvis harden. The official also felt his dick harden as well. The sity official was fair skinned, had a nice fade and a goatee. As Jenny spoke, he licked his lips to entice his crush sexually.
“Certainly, you do know, Miss Samson, that in order to maintain my interest, you have to tell me what it is that you really came here to my office for, lest I get bored.” Her own henchmen, all wearing suits of thier own and black sunglasses, including the mysterious city official. Delilah turned to her righthand side, looking at Gina, who opened the briefcase that she was holding as Delilah said, “I have the tapes.” Jenny smiled and said, “Excellent.” And then, she swung her chair around. Contrary to what her henchmen had on, she was wearing a white suit. ‘How mafioso.’ Her half sister thought to herself. “So you do have the evidence of your guilt and are ready to turn yourself in?” She grinned happily, much to Delilah’s annoyance.
“No, not quite.” She said. “However, it is not I that owns Samson Industries Incorporated but my boyfriend, Tyrel Samson.” She paused. “Let’s not forget, because of our father, my last name is also Solomon, just like yours.” It was Jenny’s turn to be annoyed. “Just hand over the briefcase and be on your way and I shall deal with your boyfriend accordingly.” Delilah corrected her. “Due to him being a lying, cheating and trifling son of a bitch, he is not my boyfriend any longer, so handle him and your business as you wish, since we are, indeed, sisters. I am on your side.” Jenny smiled. “Very well. It is settled. Be on your way. Grazie.” Delilah smiled now. The mafia rsoe up and left, but not before the mysterious city official made kissing motions with he mouth and smiled again at Herodia, who in turn flushed again and smiled back at him.
