So, I basically said the exact same thing when the trailer came out! Caracalla had his own wife killed as well because he was just an absolute fucking wretched human being.

I think it's looking more and more likely that Geta in the trailer is the main ruling figure...but I feel like there will be a shift. Something will happen.

Joe fits this scene very well because he's looks absolutely menacing, but the scene we see him side eyeing...there's a tinge of something else there. Maybe apprehension? Is he looking at Caracalla? Lucille? Marcus? But that's a look of hesitation...maybe. Or he's a Side Eying slut who needs a good spanking!

But yeah, Geta was a Saint compared to his brother. Extremely articulate, well read on the ministrations of War and a general dogsbody when it came to his older sibling.

first off, geta was the younger of the two siblings and most people would say that he's the better brother. (he was still shitty, he was a roman emperor so like obviously a bad dude) even though he and caracalla argued all the time and geta was always the one who tried to get them to put aside they're differences (if not to be better rulers then at least for their mother.) caracalla tried to kill geta multiple times and when he finally succeeded, it was IN FRONT OF THEIR MOTHER DURING A PEACE MEETING THAT GETA SET UP!

even after geta died, caracalla killed people that spoke out against him and were still loyal to getas name. he also tried to have every image of geta purged from existence (meaning there are almost not surviving pictures or statues of him.)

just maybe something yall can use in your fics (ik I will if I write any) and to keep in mind as more things come out about this movie
