AESPA, SEVENTEEN, AND JENNIE WON THE MOST AWARDS AT 2024 MAMA!

aespa — I heard Giselle had an allergic reaction & skipped the red carpet photos, but I'm glad she felt well enough for performance night. The catwalk ending wouldn't be the same without her! BTW, the solo songs each have roughly 30 seconds of screen time, at most.

SEVENTEEN — The "AI vs. SVT" storyline will never end! The intro fooled me into thinking they would perform the entire orchestral remix, but I'm not complaining. Having Dino cover Jeonghan's lines was unexpected but understandable (singing the post-chorus twice = less hassle for the others). For people who still don't believe that Seungkwan can sing with a low voice, please watch this LIVE TELEVISED PERFORMANCE of "Ash" (after "MAESTRO" before "LMF"). Also, poor Josh had a wardrobe malfunction. @_@

Jennie — I don't think she performed, but I was surprised she won her solo award with "You & Me" from last year!
