I have just acquired the polish translation of Gideon the Ninth and 'Griddle' is translated to „Głupeon” which means 'Stupideon'
#the locked tomb#gideon z dziewiątego#stupideon the ninth read through#i will probably make a post with more comments about this translation when i finish reading it#(may be quite a while)#for now I've read two chapters and my main complains are:#i dislike the title#they should swear much more#and there already were 3 instances where they translated a number to a different number
