I'm very proud of myself cause I got back into exercising yet again
it is a moment in which everyone else can and should be very proud of me to
#if you follow me for a longer time you probably noticed that its a cycle#im just horrible with finding motivation to exercise regularly#but i feel so much better when i do some self care exercises and stuff so it's usually in the back of my mind#and i recently heard that pilates is great for artist backpain so i decided to give it a shot#in mh suburban white mom era#its kinda fun#ghostyappsession
