okay i have another Canon Date Fails but this one happened to me and not someone i knew

i just remembered not too long ago that Copia and i were a thing in my canon and one time we went on a date to this pretty rooftop lounge, right?

it was going pretty good at first! drinks were good, food was good, clear sky, the whole shebang. and then i held my tail a little too close to one of the torches while i was investigating a ZZ plant that it caught on fucking fire

i had to put it out and leave in a hurry to make sure nothing was badly burnt (i couldn't feel a section of my tail due to an injury, long story) and poor Copia was at the bar at the time and thought i got mad at him and left 😭

ugh when i get stressed the phantom horns/tail get so bad. i wanna ram my horns into the wall but i don't have any so my head just jerks to the side like i'm about to give myself a concussion (/lh please don't worry i don't plan on hurting myself)

i can feel my tail flicking behind my head and i'd feel so much calmer if i could feel the weight of the tip going from side to side like, physically.
