So a couple of nights ago, I had a Fnaf-esque nightmare(stuck in a place and had to survive for the night). When I woke up inspiration struck for a new Pokemon Violet AU thing. So here we are. Basically it goes something along the lines of what if the Paldea Trio was either ghosts, or ghost adjacent. Here's some info on them:

Nemona is a Phantump One night a few years ago, she was out on a late night battling session, got lost in the woods, and was never heard from again. Enough time had passed for any hope of finding her to be non-existent. One day her best friend, Juliana(they're childhood friends in this AU) found a Phantump in the woods. I'll give you 3 guesses as to who it was. Not knowing any better, she caught the Phantump. And then she realized not only what seeing a Phantump meant but had a pretty good idea of who it was. Now Nemona is Juliana's Partner Pokemon. Wile she hasn't fully re-learned how to speak English yet, she can understand it perfectly, and can write if she needs to get a point across.

Penny is a Hisuian Zoroark One day after school she was accidentally killed after getting literally pushed around too much. She woke up later, cold, alone, confused, and half-blind. Eventually she was able to find her way around, get her old stuff back(which was a really odd experience for her), and try to re-integrate into her old life. The thought of getting revenge for her own death has crossed her mind more than a few times, but she currently doesn't even know if her killers are still enrolled at the school. She hasn't quite mastered her illusionary abilities, only being able to vaguely pass as human at a glance, but she's getting better.

Arven is completely fine, Prof. Sada on the other hand wasn't so lucky. Arven is kind of annoyed that he's basically being haunted by his mother, but she does take care of him. She can be a bit over-protective at times though. Once she passed, Turo tried his best with the time machine to get her back. Neither have heard from him since he disappeared inside the Great Crater of Paldea.

Okay but with the return of Goth!Ingo I have to ask the the question: which type does he use as a star boss? Is it ghost? Also the untaped comedy of Akari just like visiting Stargo every other day because she needs to stay updated on teen Ingo's sheniganery!

How do the starbosses react to Ingo's gremlin of a (niece or daughter Ingo doesn't know, but is this a dad or uncle Ingo timeline?) sister and her weirdness!

Also you have both past and future paradox mon in their new teams: so is it like a two professor situation? Are there to ai professors with to crystal encased time machines like right across from each other at the bottom of A0? Does arven have to deal with his two neglectful parents and their still somehow divorced AIs? The concept is so funny to me

He's a ghost type specialist! His ace is his Ceruledge- it's purple flames remind him of something... perhaps of the Pokemon that wielded purple flames with mastery that he vaguely remembers from his time before Hisui. He does have a Grafaiai on his team, but it's Tera type is ghost, so it doesn't break the ghost theme.

And yup, Akari just comes to visit Ingo's base whenever she wants! Sometimes uninformed newbies try and stop her, thinking she's a base raider, but well... Akari just stomps them into the ground. She didn't survive Hisui to lose to someone with a level 10 Gastly, thanks. Ingo, of course, just lives at the base. He has a dorm room! He chooses to live at the base. It's nice. The dorm room is too comfy and they won't let Lady Sneasler roam the halls :(.

Team Star generally likes Akari. They don't trust her at first because she seems like a straight-laced student but then they see her wrestle with the world's weirdest Arcanine and decide she's chill. Also she has the gods of space and time in pokeballs so they recognize it's best not to mess with. whatever that is.

It is a two professor situation! Turo and Sada don't split up in this AU and work together to make a time machine... and die together. Oops. So yes, there's two AIs... which means the final battle against them is a Double Battle. :)

Ok so Esme is my sv oc insert so I'll be using her name here (quick reference, she's a ghost type specialist who fills the main character role and hopes to become a ghost type gym leader)

But honestly it could be any player character and this is mostly about the au

PRETTY MAJOR SV SPOILERS!!!

So the gang goes down into area zero, fighting the strange and powerful future Pokemon all along the way. Esme gets into the area zero lab, learns the truth of what happened to Turo and about the time machine and all that. The time comes to battle the AI professor. Esme's scared, but she knows she can beat him. She defeated Geeta, she has her Pokémon and her friends backing her, and it may be tough, but she can do it!

But she loses. All her Pokemon fall before the terrifying might of AI Turo's future Pokemon. As her friends arrive, the time machine starts going hyperactive, sending out hordes of future Pokemon, more than they could hope to beat. They barely escape, forced to leave behind AI Turo and the time machine.

Soon afterward, the future Pokemon began making their way out if the crater and into the rest of the Paldea region. They quickly began to overrun the natural ecosystem, just as AI Turo feared, and it seemed no Trainer was strong enough to stop them. Not the Gym Leaders, not the Elite Four, not even The Top Champion, Geeta. Even if they could, what could they do against the sheer numbers?

Life in the Paldea Region has changed drastically. It's too dangerous to step far outside any town or city. Resources have dwindled-- farms are too large and exposed to be properly protected, crops are trampled, water lines are damaged, and joining hunting is risky and difficult. The Gym challenge no longer occurs, due to it being too dangerous to go between the cities and for inexperienced trainers to go out and train. For students attending Uva Academy, the Treasure Hunt is cancelled. Halls are emptier than ever with so many students being pulled by their parents, leaving to a safer region.

The only thing that seems to be stopping the future Pokemon from taking over other regions is the ocean surrounding Paldea, acting as a barrier. However, worries arise as to whether that will hold true...

The strongest trainers in the region-- the Gym Leaders, Elite Four, Champion-Ranked Trainers, and more-- have decided action must be taken. They will form an elite squad to learn more about the future pokemon, their weaknesses, where they came from, and how to send them back. It will be dangerous, but they're willing to do whatever it takes to reclaim their home.

pokemon/Magnus archives crossover au

post mag-200 au where as the Fears are being spread out into the multiverse, they accidentally get snagged on Akari getting taken to hisui. Arceus notices and tries shaking them off, but that only results in separating Jon and Martin, with jon landing in hisui alongside Akari and Martin landing in Gear Station in modern day.
