Salasar Techno Engineering Charts a New Course: Bonus Equity Shares Unveiled at a 4:1 Ratio!

The bonus shares are proposed to be issued in the ratio of 4:1, implying that for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs.1/- held on the Record Date, shareholders will be entitled to receive 4 (Four) new fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs.1/- each. However, it is crucial to note that this issuance is subject to the approval of shareholders, which is currently under consideration through a postal ballot notice dated December 20, 2023. The last date for remote e-voting on the postal ballot is set for Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 05:00 P.M.
Salasar Techno Engineering also issued a specific note for physical shareholders by SEBI (ICDR) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023. As per this regulation, the allotment of shares in the bonus issue will be exclusively dematerialized. Therefore, the company strongly advised all eligible members holding equity shares in physical mode to dematerialize their physical share certificates by contacting their respective Depository Participant (DP) on or before the Record Date. In case shares are held in physical form as of the Record Date, the entitled bonus equity shares will be transferred to the Suspense Account opened by the company for this purpose.
