Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has been established by Govt. of NCT of Delhi under the provisions of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998. The University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), India. It has been ranked 95 in the category of ‘Top Indian Universities’ by NIRF in 2020.

IPU Admissions 2021

IPU admission to each course follows a specific admission criteria. IPU CET is the official entrance and scholarship exam conducted by the University. Apart from the IPU CET, the University accepts several other National-level entrance exams for admission to its multiple programmes. IPU has a sanctioned intake of 85% for Delhi region candidates, while the remaining 15% seats are reserved for candidates belonging outside Delhi region.

Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law is one of the best college of GGSIP University. CPJ College was established by Rishi Aurobindo Educational Society in the year 2007. Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, the college is offering undergraduate courses in Management (BBA & BBA-CAM), Commerce (B.Com(H), IT (BCA) & Law (B.A.LL.B & BBA LL.B). The College is situated in its own sprawling one acre campus in Narela, Delhi. 

Being away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, the campus provides a pleasant and intellectually stimulating ambience. The admissions are carried out strictly on merit basis through a Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for BBA, BBA (CAM), B.Com (H) & BCA. The admission in B.A.LL.B & BBA LL.B are carried out merit basis through a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by Consortium of on National Law University (NLUs).
