Predictions

Kronya didn't get [Fatal Wounds] but she did get the savage blow and a way to deal more damage to foe's during enemy phase, [Exposure]. It's a great penalty that increases your unit's damage by 10 when fighting that specific foe.

Hubert also inflicts that effect with Atk/Def/Res Ruse/Snag. He got a nifty support tome that's definitely not as overpowered as my "Turn AOE Specials into a [Gravity] inflictor". It's also not as powerful as Rearmed Ophelia's Arcane Eclipse but we'll get to it.

Both Nah's refine and W!Marth's refine change the condition to HP>50% or having a Bonus. This basically means the condition will occur at the most important points, the first fight, and then the Bonus is there for when battle goes on for too long. While everyone is getting useless weapons after getting hit with bolt tower or whatever, these two will still have the effects if their allies still provide bonuses. Through thick and thin.

Nah providing [Special Charge] as a bonuses to allies is great because, if you remember from my refine theorycraft for her, I complained that Infantry Breath was a bad skill that needed a tier 4 version with more lenience. This does that, provide your team with faster special charges. Of course, having her receive in combat stat boost by being near allies with the bonuses she gives, for +14 to all stats, is great.

With Winter Marth, I thought of having enemy phase dive bomb, but instead I imagined that that could have been what Daring fighter 4 can be. I wish I included that side tangent like I did in Beast n Dragon blog, just to give you all how much further in advance I'm thinking. Anyway, Marth now gets a full charged Fire Emblem to counter attacking, and with the unique refine, ranged units that are too slow will get hit once and then get hit with Fire Emblem, before they even lay a finger on Marth. It doesn't matter what his Duo Button does. Give him Bonus Doubler seal. He doesn't need Savvy Fighter (If not for Null-Follow-Up). Marth is a far save vantage tank now, and he knows it.

For Dou! Ephraim, I really think IS made his refine to compete with Brave! Erika. Just the mobility tools alone makes me think he's trying to be a cavalry. Even Tempest, Near Trace, and even removing terrain hindrance, making all trees 1 cost instead of 2. And of course, he can self sustain on any Bonus, with Odd Atk Wave giving Atk bonuses and even turns giving movement bonuses. At this point, his Duo skill is just meant for the first turn to get all you infantry and armors to the middle ground.

Now, I wanna talk Rearmed Ophelia. In a previous blog, I predicted that Rearmed would be baddies or "fallen" heroes, but I did kept it vague to say, "anyone who would willing use a cursed weapon" and that's Ophelia. I also predicted that ranged arcane weapons would have 4 effects, with 2 being behind a nested condition. I was wrong. Here is Arcane Eclipse. When thinking of effects that would be on an melee Arcane weapon, this tome has Special Acceleration, +5 all stats, and guaranteed follow-up. Quicken Pulse and Neutralize Atk penalties are two more effects, not as powerful as the other effects we have seen, but nothing to scoff at. This can be combined with Time Pulse, Finishers Skills, and the new Special Spiral 4. Ophelia's 3 cooldown luna becomes 2 with Accelerate Special, she pre-chages it with the tome and Time Pulse, then she gets it right back with Special Special, now with 5 more true damage and nullify damage reduction from passives when that special triggers. Gezus! Give her Quicken Pulse Seal and a AOE Special and she's the menace we fear would come from a refined Missiletainn. And what's more terrifying, all her skills are inheritable. You can build any red mage to be just like her. We when from having no good inheritable red tomes to having one option. The amount of +10 Tharja we'll see is gonna sky rocket. May the goddess have mercy on our souls.
