Had a shower thought that I'm sure someone somewhere in the scope of the wide internet has touched on before, but tonight I'm thinking about Miles choosing the von Karmas
Maybe he's a child, recently orphaned, with no immediate family. Maybe he finds a way to reach out to the nearest familiar face. Someone close to the incident. Someone who was present that day. Someone who understands. Maybe he asks Manfred von Karma to adopt him.
Maybe he's a newly emancipated 16 year-old, desperate to escape a nowhere town with grandparents or cousins who don't really know what to make of him. Maybe he forges his own destiny. Maybe he writes an email in his clumsy high school German asking for an apprenticeship.
Neither of these is a hard headcanon for me, but I do think they're fun to consider
If any of this contradicts or is redundant with canon, no it doesn't and no it isn't

I'm finally playing Animamundi: Dark Alchemist after years of wanting to, and I must say, St. Germant would make a good househusband

holiday pal here! those are excellent answers tbh, I studied abroad in ireland and it was absolutely lovely, so big agree there. I've also been to venice twice and it's a really cool city (if a bit inconvenient and at times inaccessible lol - worth it though in my opinion). I did an art history minor though so the art scene there is amazing. also the food, italian food in italy is phenomenal. what're you planning to go to germany for, just a vacation or for school or something?
My mom’s in the military and she’s going to be stationed there for two or three years, so once I finish undergrad I’m going to be joining her. I’m planning on staying with her for a year. Hopefully I graduate this time next year, but I fear it’s not happening until spring 2026 😔 But this is what happens when you completely change your mind about what you’re studying and declare two majors in your third year of college so that you really only have your gen eds done. Oh well, five years is a normal amount of time to finish college, I think six is actually the average that schools expect right now

I have an afterlife idea
What if the countries are like , in 'houses' in terms of their family line ? Like the Germans are with other germantic countries (or just the natural progression of the line ; i . e German Empire, then Weimar Republic, then Third Reich , etc etc or Tsardom then Russian Empire then Soviet)
And if countries are together / married , the spouses can visit eachother and so on so forth (ofc , countries and visit other countries but it's just their home i suppose .) -🌠🌪
I can see that! A very similar idea to a diner AU idea I have lol

Hii! I love your art! I know you don't usually confirm stuff when it comes to your art, and leave it to the interpretation, but is it possible that in your least arts, Megatron is behind OP and holds his germant?
It looks like OP germant has either changed to be more like D' or is being held by someone out of the view, and maybe Optimus is talking to Megatron becouse he knows only Megatron would touch it. Maybe I'm seeing stuff that isn't there but it was the first thing that came to my mind.
You can feel free to interpret it in anyway you wish, everything is possible. Megatron might be in front of him, behind him or maybe not even there, I drew it with intention to be vague

Germant has really made me appreciate American like....tea party types. I mean I wish they weren't so anti taxes but I do think SOMEBODY should have "the government shouldn't mess with me" as their whole thing. To balance the discourse from the busybodies

Sorry that some people are coming after you, for simply correcting the "keysmash" thing. Especially when it comes to comparing Finnish to germantic languages. I have only been living in Finland for almost 3 months but I have come to appreciate the Finnish language a lot. And I know I made the loka-loca post, but that was purely for my own entertainment, and I really appreciated the explanations you gave regarding the names of the months, because it helped me a lot understand why they are called it the way they are, plus I love how informative your blog is, so kiitos for that 😊
Thank. ^^ It's fine, though. People don't have to agree with me. :D I could have just not replied to the anon at all if I wanted to avoid potential drama.
I don't think there's anything wrong with the lokakuu post, and I'm really sorry if I made you feel bad about it. That was not my intention. It's a mnemonic and those can and should be as weird and whacky and memorable and meaningful for the individual learner as possible. That's a completely different topic. But I'm really glad my addition was helpful..! It's really interesting for me as well to research these things and learn new things (like, I bet most Finns aren't aware that joulukuu used to be called talvikuu).
I hope you'll keep enjoying your time in Finland and this blog, too. ^^
